Great way to establish a presence in a new community.

I have been very impressed by Stan and Sara, and the facility at Station 2 Innovation. The facility is in a historic building with a cool back story. As for working space, I believe this is a bargain. For a small amount, I have workspace available to me all week, in a well-lit, climate controlled, pleasant and positive environment. The wifi service is excellent, the kitchen/dining area/breakroom is a nice bonus. Plenty of cool water and hot coffee available any time. There are boardrooms and conference rooms and lots of desk/table space. Station 2 is centrally located, and the reasonable monthly rates allowed me to establish a physical presence in Bradenton without a huge investment in dedicated office space. Sara and Stan are the consummate hosts, and introduced me to many people in the area. They're great networkers, and take the time to get to know clients. I recommend Station 2 Innovation enthusiastically.
