Coworking Space: Confluence Small Business Collective in Lafayette

Confluence is a shared office community offering flexible workspace, meeting space, and value-add services for local professionals. Members and day-users work, meet, and connect in the heart of downtown Lafayette with quick access to the best coffee shops and restaurants in the area.

Confluence relocated to its current facility at 75 Waneka Parkway in 2018. The community features business owners, freelancers, and remote employees representing a range of professions. The space features nearly 8,000 square feet of private offices, open-plan workspace, meeting rooms, kitchen, lounge, and more.

Confluence is proud to host a great variety of members and day-users. Many are self-employed or leading small businesses, but some work remotely for employers located elsewhere.

Besides the broad resources offered to support professionals, most members put a high value on the opportunity to grab a coffee, eat lunch, or just make quick connections with other members. It's not uncommon that members develop working relationships as they get to know and trust each other's work.
