Great spot in the middle of old town. Jessica at reception is wonderful and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Overall just a great work environment with lots of open space. You can book an office or a meeting room if needed.

This business center has a fun, friendly, clean, and inviting atmosphere. I really enjoy working out of SPACES and like that it is in Old Town Fort Collins and close to restaurants and shopping. Reception is there during the week to assist with all my questions, collect mail, and meet/greet guests visiting or just dropping off documents. All my overhead costs are covered in an all inclusive price. Best part of having a permit to the parking garage is always having parking when visiting Old Town even when not in the office and out on the town.
