A no-nonsense put your head down and get on with it place, Ansir Cowork is a startup hub aimed at nurturing and growing a dynamic startup ecosystem in the Kearny Mesa location of San Diego.

On offer you will find affordable shared and private working solutions to get you out of the bustling local cafe and into a more productive environment where working is a breeze amidst other likeminded souls, where you can network, collaborate and seek out a mentor's advice or attend a startup focused meeting or event. You will have high speed Wi-Fi to connect to, copious amounts of tea or coffee to slurp on, a kitchen to play in when the hunger pangs strike and a lounge area to rest the weary brain.

The place to incubate your budding tech company, Ansir Cowork does however have room for those that are outside of this field who need a place to work and wish to become a member. Members are invoiced on a monthly basis and you do have the get out of jail free card by being able to cancel at any time.

For basic members the doors are open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, but there is the chance of longer hours in the evenings or at the weekends if no events, workshops or meetups are in progress. It is DYI because if you choose to stay later than when the doors are closed, you have to do the locking up yourself.

If you are not the type to pedal a pushbike, there is a small parking lot where you can park your car, but there is a 2-hour limit parking here. For those that intend to stay busting the brain for longer than this, there is ample parking in Convoy Street, Engineer Road, or Brinell Street close by, just don't attempt this during the lunch hour rush.
