It’s open layout includes 14-foot-tall vaulted ceilings, several lounge areas, a full kitchen and many other amenities. It’s an impressive and comfortable place to welcome clients, and get work done all in the heart of one of LA’s most exciting neighborhoods.

Downtown LA's Arts District is a hub of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. We are located next door to Stumptown Coffee (to fuel your day) and within walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars, including Bread Lounge, Urban Radish, ERB, Pizzanista, Bestia, Zinc Cafe, and many more.

Open to all applicants, the space is most ideal for small companies such as creative studios (design, architectural, etc.), marketing firms, digital teams, and start-ups. Spaces available immediately.
