From co-working and dedicated desks, to private offices and a month-to-month agreement, we have the space for you to grow. Our vibrant and growing concept offers affordable co-working and office space in the heart of Historic Downtown Opelika.

CoLab is a business center that offers cost-effective space and service solutions to local businesses that help them flourish. Our mission is to provide a platform for your business to be successful, and to help make Opelika the best it can be, together.

CoLab is a multi-location facility. Our primary location, referred to as “CoLab|216”, is at 216 S 8th Street in Historic Downtown Opelika. This modern, collaborative, industrial space has more to offer each step you take further into the building.

Our sister location, “CoLab|404”, is just a block away in the Geneva Historic District of downtown Opelika, at 404 S 8th Street. This property offers a more traditional office feel, with increased sound privacy.
