Coworking Space: Practice Works in Birmingham

Our focus was to create a serene environment that is at once soothing yet equipped to support efficient work and collaboration. We want our members to walk through the door and experience a sense of calm. We provide the following amenities to support our members in achieving their personal and professional goals:

open cafe/work area, focus nooks, self-serve meditation/yoga room, multiple sized meeting rooms, large event space, seated or mat-style classroom space, a private lounge, private offices, a telehealth/content recording room, and outdoor space.

Our building is accessible to those with disabilities and offers abundant surface parking adjacent to the entrance.

We respect the sensitivity of the work being done at Practice Works. Our building is equipped with insulated walls to the deck, sheetrock ceilings and a sound masking system designed to encourage and maintain privacy even in open areas.

The breakdown of spaces:
Private offices: 4 total, 2 furnished with soft seating for one-on-one or small group therapy and 2 furnished with desks and guest chairs for focus/project work. Each has a large window.

Treatment Rooms: 4 total, each furnished with a guest chair and small table, massage table, rolling cart and bookcase for equipment (i.e. towel warmers). 3 of the 4 have a large window with one internal space available for light control and/or recording.

Conference/ Small Classroom: our smallest classroom will seat 10-12 people conference style and is ideal for small group meetings or movement therapy up to 4 people.

Medium Classroom: This classroom will accommodate up to 15 people with mats, with opportunity for more seated in a circle or classroom style. This room is equipped with the yoga wall. A large transom allows natural light to spill in from the open cafe area.

Large Classroom: We can accommodate up to 75 seated classroom style or 40+ with mats. This space has two large windows allowing plenty of natural light.

Rent Practice Works: our Large Classroom opens beautifully into the open cafe area providing 2,000+ square feet of event space. This offering will work well for larger parties, community gatherings, and corporate retreats.
