This centre provides flexible and cost effective workspace tailored to freelancers, remote workers, start-ups and small businesses. The building itself is a large Victorian conversation with high ceilings and a few of the original features still surviving. The main ground entrance is up a few steps into a large foyer with sofa area for visitors and there are shared toilet facilities both on the ground and basement floors. This space currently has six offices spread across the ground and lower ground floors which are home to 38 desks, offering a mix of service office and coworking space. Access to the main door is by key fob and there is code access to each suite so you have use of the space 24/7.
