Coworking Space: Neo in Manchester

Opened in early 2017 Neo is Bruntwood's newest Manchester development meaning that it's been designed with a modern way of working in mind. When you enter you'll be met with a giant digital artspace and the reception team who keep the building ticking over.

On the first floor is The Lounge, the meeting rooms and the coworking space with a choice of either dedicated desk or hot desk. The Lounge also leads to a spacious outdoor terrace with seating and meeting pods.

Everyone in the building is cared for by Jenna, the Community and Events Manager who ensures that everybody gets to meet their neighbours and that industry and social events are always on the agenda.

Once you're ready, you can grow your building in Neo moving up through the floors to the private studio spaces and conventional leased floors above.

The building is currently home to Microsoft, Markettiers, Penkeths, Manchester Digital and a range of other businesses in the digital, tech and creative industries.
