Coworking Space: Us&Co Monument in London

Us&Co Monument is a few minutes’ walk from Bank, Tower Bridge and London Bridge. A flexible professional working environment for start-ups or established companies: private offices, fixed desks, hot desks, meeting rooms and a stunning breakout and event space with terraces overlooking the City and the Thames. You can have a single desk, a private office or a whole floor for 50 people.

A three minute walk from Monument, lets me get to Us & Co from home in SW London in under 35 minutes. Contemporary furniture, fast Wi-Fi and wonderful views over the Thames, makes it a fantastic yet affordable place to work. The break out area on the ninth floor is the perfect spot to escape from your desk for lunch and the place to be to sink a couple of cheeky free beers on a Friday evening! Very professionally managed by the on-site team while the meeting rooms can be hired out at a reasonable rate to impress external clients. When I occasionally cycle in during the summer months, there is ample space to leave your bike in the secure cycle area with a lovely shower area to recover in.

A great place to work. My hot desk gives me total flexibility when I come to London. Very light and airy with great views over the Thames especially from the 9th Floor club room. Always a warm welcome from the team who are always very accommodating. The cycle park is great. You can practically cycle into a hot shower with a good drying room for your lycra!! The main boardroom is always a treat to book as it has a touch screen TV which is great for presentations. We even got to abseil down the building which was done for charity and all the co-workers got involved. Can't wait for the next activity. Love working here

Light and spacious working area, with good terrace on top floor for lunch / Friday drinks. Good energy about the building, seems to be mostly occupied by young start ups. Management team are also very friendly, and seem genuinely enthusiastic about creating the best possible working environment within the building. Difficult to find anything to complain about... lifts have been a bit temperamental at times, but of all the cracks to appear in 6 months this is a minor teething problem. Overall a pleasant place to work and would recommend to others looking in the area (hands down better than Regis!)

As a frequent user I can recommend the spaces provided particularly on the 8th floor which I have found to be an ideal working area for my visits into town. I have plenty of room and all the facilities that I need for a days work. The Us&Co Team are very helpful and it is always nice to see a happy smiling face from across the desks. The other thing with this office is that it has taught me that I can actually do a " clean desk " at the end of the day, although I wouldn't want my colleagues at Head Office to find out yet as I would then have over 20 years of clutter to tidy up. I would recommend that you try this office and see for yourself.

Us&Co is a great office space - it's new and very professional looking which makes it a great environment to co-work. Great facilities with showers and cycle parking and the best club space I have seen in London. Everyone loves the club space upstairs - you have amazing views of the city and can enjoy free beer on Fridays outside in the terrace on a sunny day! They also do free cocktails at the end of the month which is such a nice perk for a busy co-working place. Everyone is nice and friendly and I think it's one of the best co-working spaces in London at the moment. Definitely recommend it to anyone with a new business looking for an office space in central London!

This space is great for a pop in, they offer complimentary fresh ground coffee and tea. The coffee is superb! The team on site is very friendly and happy to help. The Club space upstairs is a nice bonus, to have a quick meeting or a catch up. The space also offer complimentary cycle parking and showers. Its really nice to have a coworking floor with lots of natural light and quality furniture/desks /chairs etc as most coworking building are usually somewhere in a basement, in the most unused part of the building. Really recommend this space for all start up, as I find the environment is ideal for a new business.

Large desks, loads of natural light, amazing coffee. The best office in London. I've been here since the building opened and it has really gone from strength to strength. On a friday the beer fridge opens at 4pm and you can help yourself, they also host monthly free cocktail nights, again free of charge. This month their is a wine tasting event free to all Us&Co members. The location is fabulous, literally 3 minutes walk to Monument tube station and only 5 minutes to Tower Hill. It's also a very short 7 minute walk to Bank underground and the City of London.
