Coworking Space: Spaces - London, Teddington in London

Shocking deterioration in the service, client care and value for money provided by Spaces in Teddington. The service levels have been degrading for several years, rents have been going up, they charge a load of hidden extras and stitch you up commercially. The Regus Management have zero interest in resolving problems and supporting the Centre staff, who keep leaving as it's such a thankless task. I have been a tenant for over 5 years at Spaces Teddington and spent almost a £100,000 and introduced in the early years a number of other companies who became tenants so you would have thought I'd get some loyalty and they'd be prepared to listen to the complaints and act on feedback. I got nothing and promises to get back to me never materialised. I've now left and droves of other businesses have left or are leaving as it is such poor value for money and a poor environment for both the tenants and the visitors they bring in. If you're thinking about taking up a lease there, think twice. Or get in touch with me - 0740 729 2339 - and I'll share with you why you might be better off looking at one of the alternatives, who are markedly better than Spaces / Regus. Or ask one of the existing tenants. Somewhere along the line, Regus have lost the plot and their customers are suffering as a result.
