terrible, awful, the worst. arrived to find the receptionist had no record of my booking, was met with confrontational hostility. they managed to mess up the paperwork as well meaning I ended up having to pay for an extra month as well. pretty much imposs

As above, just awful. kafka-esque organisation meaning you cannot get answers to questions, queries about things like invoices fall into bottomless chasms and staff there are next to useless for anything other than opening windows.

With views across the Thames and a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall tube, train and bus stations, the location couldn't be better. High speed internet, convenient amenities and a friendly team make this a great place to have a permanent office or use when you're in the area.
