Creative Works is located in a beautiful art deco building only a minute away from Blackhorse Lane tube and overground station, E17. Spread across two floors is home to over 100 creative innovators, freelancers, SMEs and media agencies. A thriving new creative community with access to a range of cutting edge resources such as specialist media and tech equipment as well as a fantastic environment to network and collaborate.

Creative Works is a Community Interest Company, part of the Big Creative Village Project.
We’ve been entrusted with 3.6m from Greater London Authority, Big Issue, Charity Bank and CAN Invest to create a truly inspiring workplace and enable innovation within the industry.

Creative Works - a great place to be

A great place to based. Close to the tube, a greater stocked co-op nearby, one of the areas finest coffee shops right opposite- and those are just the practical pluses! The work space is light, airy and bright. Despite its 'open-planess' the clever moveable zone dividers make it feel like you have your own space and privacy. There's a really lovely atmosphere, with like minded creative's around there's always a friendly face and a chat to be had when you're making a cuppa or helping yourself to breakfast which is there for you to enjoy daily, along with an endless supply of tea coffee and occasional treats! The in-house team go out of their way to help and their friendly presence really enhances the congenial, easy going vibe. Makes a working day a lot more enjoyable and the regular networking events connect you to a new and interesting contacts. Highly recommended.

Friendly, social but productive atmosphere. Excellent facilities. Plenty of space and a good kitchen with great coffee on tap. A nice range of social and business-related events and networking. Highly recommended for any freelancer.

I've been a member for three months. It's a bright and spacious place to work, quiet enough to be able to concentrate but relaxed enough to have a chat over the coffee maker. I really appreciate the 24 hour access and free coffee and sourdough/cake/cereals/fruit, as well as proximity to the Victoria line for easy access to central London for meetings. It's also very handy to be able to have packages delivered, so I don't have to waste time waiting in at home when I could be having meetings.
