'The Nook No7 evolved within the historic Dolphin Court ballroom, part of the iconic Dolphin Hotel which lies adjacent on Honiton High Street. More unusually, once used to film and create the 1980's children programmes 'King Rollo' and 'Spot the dog'. In the signature Nook way we embraced the character and feel of the original building giving it a luxurious hotel feel, capturing the beauty and grandeur in each of the 10 private offices and the spacious co-working area referred to as the Bull Pen.
