I regret to share my recent dissatisfaction with Spaces' services. The prolonged heating problem over nearly three months has resulted in subpar working conditions, compounded by a lack of acknowledgment from your team. Attempts to communicate concerns were met with ineffective solutions and a notable lack of responsiveness. Furthermore, when seeking an early contract termination due to the evident breach, my request was summarily refused, showcasing a lack of accountability. My experience with Spaces has been regrettable, and I caution others considering your services. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of your practices.

I am having an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Maylands Spaces due to the complete lack of heating in their facilities. Despite sending multiple emails to express my concerns, I received no response whatsoever. It's appalling how they show no regard for customer comfort and well-being. What's even more frustrating is that they seem to prioritise sending invoices and requesting payment over addressing legitimate issues. This organisation clearly lacks basic customer service principles and should be avoided. I strongly advise against using their services.

The Maylands Building will fine you for not showing your permit, even after registering on the ANPR system, parking in your designated bay and accessing through the fob controlled security barriers. Someones out to make extra money of those FREE car parking spaces.

WOW! Brand new, modern, state of art centre with amazing team. I enjoyed working here: we hired one of their professional meeting rooms for my team. I also used their break out area when working on my own. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, Great looking facilities. The spaces site is a pleasure to work in. On-site café with great coffee and a lovely break out area.

Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Great meeting room space with wi-fi. The Spaces lounge area is beautifully decorated. Everyone is really friendly. Great place to bring clients for a meetings.
