Coworking Space: Projects Nile House in Brighton

The fantastic place has been my teams home since 2018. We love it here loads of places to sit in the coworking spaces, meeting rooms, call booths, quite spaces if needed, cafe and you can swim at lunchtime use the showers and gym. Has a great funny family feel to it too (try to avoid conversations with Tony tho). Free members friday drinks a real laugh. Top class.

The Projects is run by the best team of kind, flexible and accommodating women. The space is beautifully decorated and conducive to collaborative and creative co-working. The Projects advocates for all of its members, enabling them to offer their services to members and to the public within the co-working space, constituting publicity and promotion for members. Every day there is an exciting networking event, such as a meet up or a hosted breakfast; or an inspirational activity, such as a free yoga or meditation class out on the terrace, providing daily enrichment for members. I couldn't recommend the Projects highly enough.

It's very friendly, extremely well run, in a beautiful building with space used imaginatively and sensitively. It's also based in the most perfect location in Brighton - right bang next to The Lanes, dead central and next to the beachfront.

The most friendly of places, excellent break out facilities, very clean, and nothing is too much trouble for the management team.

Great atmosphere. A place to work for whatever your mood or task. Very friendly and helpful team. Provides a fantastic first impression on clients when you meet them here. And of course a fantastic location by the sea.

As soon as you walk into the projects you're met by a desk of smiles and warm hearts. The management team are not only fantastic organisers but also brilliant friends and colleagues. The atmosphere is immediately uplifting due to the eclectic mix of personalities, businesses and light, bright, modern environment. To top it off the Lost Cafe on the ground floor serves excellent food, conversation and most importantly coffee. Being a Brightonian I am well aware of the importance of the location of the projects, it's a jump from the beach, an awe-inspiring walk down the lanes and even has a carpark virtually next door. In addition to the above, The Projects has re-injected my enthusiasm for being self-employed. This is due to the wonderful people whom I've met, the everyday exclusive events and the activities that promote community, sociability and cohesive working. The fact it has a bar, gym (to come) and outdoor terrace is just a bonus. I found The Projects at a transitional time in my life and so on a personal note I would also like to add, it was just the medication I needed.

From the moment I signed up for my free trial day to work here everything was easy and smooth. A very simple let us know you are coming. There was no app to install or complicated instructions to follow to get access. Just show up and start working. Initial impression as soon as you walk into the space is that it is very nice, clean and cool. Perfectly air conditioned space with a very friendly staff. I got a tour of the entire space, and a free iced latte to start my day. The wifi was fast and easy to get connected. A great aspect of working here are that there is lots of space with multiple floors and varying levels of quiet and activity. This is great, you get to pick your level of comfort for a co-working experience, the higher up you go the quieter it gets. There are private call rooms available on some floors, and conference rooms available for a reserved cost. Overall one of the best co-working experiences I have had. I look forward to returning to work the next time I am in Brighton.

I've been looking for a co-working space for several years but until I found The Projects not been able to find one which met my needs i.e. a hub of activity which is quiet enough to actually work in without being distracted. I'm a writer but like to see life going on around me and the Projects is brilliantly set up with several co-working areas ( one on each floor) and a quiet space on the second floor which is perfect for working uninterrupted. The free tea and coffee keeps me fuelled and the general bustle elsewhere in the office offsets the loneliness of working from home. The premises are lovely and so too the staff who could not be more friendly, helpful and receptive to suggestions.

Signed up seconds after the initial show round. Thought it was going to be all pensive stroked beards and decaf soy vanilla lattes, but as it happens the the co-users are v professional and friendly, the facilities are marvellous and the admin team are so helpful, it's just really refreshing. The standard of the fixtures and fittings is exemplary, the place just is very easy to get along with and great for your concentration levels. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great venue, very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Design is good and makes particularly good and practically imaginative use of conventional space ie an old building in the centre of Brighton. Facilities are excellent, WiFi is fast and efficient even at busy times - I'm a video producer and require speedy uploads so it suits me fine. Location is in an attractive and central part of Brighton. Free tea and coffee available at all times. They have 3 kitchen areas, more than enough to prepare and have food / retire for a much need bit of breakout time. I have access 24/7 which means I can do late night or weekend work whenever I wish.

Starting with the friendliest staff/concierge/reception team on the Sussex coast, you're straight into the hustle and bustle of the integrated Lost in the Lanes cafe - a great communal space that's all part of the co-working experience. First impressions are always 'swanky', 'oh my gosh', 'wow this is smart'. It is, however, not intimidating in anyway, Beth and Alex are quick to welcome visitors and are very professional yet laid back enough to bring things down to earth in that 'impress your clients but don't suck up' kind of way. Maybe you like to work in peace and quiet? Don't worry, there's rooms, floors even... for that! Plugs a plenty! Superfast broadband - all the usual mods and cons you'd expect from a co-working/office space. Free tea and coffee, table football and a Pac-Man table... you get the idea. Flush design throughout with nice branding and a minimalistic approach (my personal preference). The team work consistently to develop and grow the building, along with its many occupants, to be accommodating, to grow and expand along with all of us that call this place our 'office'. Summary: just come and see for yourself, you'll be welcomed with open arms. Everything you need to run a business, in one, conveniently close to Brighton Beach, location.
