Our serviced offices and co-working desks are well equipped with very high quality and super cozy office seats and modern look yet sophisticated style custom made office desk, pedestals and cabinets, manufactured from top quality European standard wood panels which are very spacious and tailored for business centers.
All serviced offices are provisioned with Cisco Telephones with direct number, unlimited incoming calls and extension phone base system suited for ease-to-access to receptionist for setting-up meetings and to notify you if you are expecting clients/guest. Moreover, services like office boy, pantry usage, high-speed WiFi and free meeting room hours will be provided to you. The location and offices also offers an amazing overlooking views of The Palm, Dubai Skyline and the exquisite, Dubai’s finest Burj Al Arab.

Called their reception guy answers in a sleepy voice ya, I ask what number is this? He says "you're the one who called, what do you want?"! I ask how much is the hot desk/flexi desk advertised above, says "no we don't have", I subsequently have to ask 2 dozen questions to with draw the most accurate information I could get out of the 7 dwarf's droopy! In short its not his fault its supposedly 'coworker.com''s fault that they haven't removed this ad from their platform he has no control over his own posts apparently! Spend all this money building a business then you put a circus monkey on the phone with no training no protocol and no monitoring?

Asala Alkhaleej is utterly Beautiful and outstanding Business Center! For a newly opened business center, every amount of what you paid for is truly worth it. Your one time annual payment includes the A/C charges, Electricity, Super Fast Internet Speed, Office Boy Services, Pantry Usage, Meeting Room Hours Usage, Reception Services, Dedicated landline number and 24/7 access to the business center. I must say, this is a bargain and a smart move for me, compared to the enormous chunk of time and money that I will spend if I will set up my shell & core office, not to mention the fit-out works and other office set-up costs. Now, I can clearly focus on my revenue and not on how to get break even on my first year. They do as well business set-up and formation, with a minimum professional fee charge, they can do it for you, to save your time and be more productive, hassle free and worry free. ;) All of their serviced offices are equipped with top-tiered office furniture, it has a decent space, natural lighting all around, of which I love, and by the way, the office views, oh man, its amazing! I must say, their preference and taste to their office layout are seemingly tailored and suited for both young driven and experienced entrepreneurs like us! Aside from their extra annual charge for inside parking, there's a lot of RTA parking across the vicinity. And if you are the type of person who hates traffic, there is a tram station just literally seconds away just behind the building. There's a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, a gym & spa's too in the building. The team behind this business center are very professional, informative and very helpful. A must check and must see place if you want a serviced office space or co-working space. Kudos to #TeamAsala ! Keep it up ! Good work! The only negative in this review is the lift. Concord Tower has the worst lift in DUBAI ! Specially during busy hours. Everyone in the building suffers to it, not to mention, guests, visitors and delivery guys, so I guess, for me its fine as long as everybody deals with it. This is my honest opinion and review, and I highly recommend Asala Alkhaleej Business Center!
