I've been to almost every coworking space in Bangkok and this one is by far the best one. There are lots of people to network with. The facilities are very convenient if you work in social media. The AC is strong which is perfect for a city like Bangkok and the location has many restaurants. My favourite thing about it was the views and the casual interior design.

The Urban office has a really nice working environment and the staff there are so friendly and very helpful. I used their coworking service and what I like the most is their wifi and internet since my business require a stable connection and the urban office can provide me with that. I also get to know many new people as well. If you are looking for a great coworking space I would recommend this place :)

Beautiful and modern design were the first things that made me feel I liked the place since I first stepped in. What I liked the most was friendly and ready to help staffs, you can see Bangkok's view from different angles since they've got huge windows from floor to ceiling, and they have really nice pantry as well. Oh! They even have cold brew coffee and Netflix at their pantry. Would definitely go back to work there again when I visit Bangkok next time!

Very helpful staffs, great location and fast internet, just make me wanna come back. I love the city view so much while working at the Urban Office, they have got the floor to ceiling glass window. The space is so open and wide. They even have the phone booth where I could do the private phone call which is free of charge. The location is very close to Phrom Phong BTS, super convenient. One more thing I like about here is I could get free coffee, tea and water unlimited, they have kitchen that really gives home-like feeling.

I got a chance to try out the one day free trial co-working space and I just love this place. The space was so nice and clean with the city view that I could enjoy while working all day. The Staffs here were super friendly, professional and supportive. The internet was fast and it was so convenient for me to get to work, they have got the USB charging outlets and universal 3 pin sockets, I just plugged in my laptop and ready to go. Moreover, unlimited delicious coffee, tea and water were a bonus. Just a very short walk from Phrom Phong BTS station, what a great location! I will definitely come back!

Actually, I personally really like this space. It's very nicely designed, really good wifi and the location is outstanding - right near Phrom Phong BTS and lots of food options nearby. They have one of the better pantries as well that I've seen around Bangkok. The meeting space is quite ok for collaboration and excellent for bringing visitors but isn't noisy at all. Overall, a good option in Bangkok.

I love the positive vibe here. What a refreshing environment to work in. It's clean, open, bright with natural lighting and great views of the city. The team here are so professional and friendly. I got a tour and the team there made me feel really welcome an comfortable. Internet speed is fast. It was stable and not spotty like a lot of other places I've tried. This place is really professional and clean. The tables and chairs are so nice. The internet is super fast. There's have real plants and wonderful view that help me feel refreshed and relaxed. The Urban Office is located within a few minutes walk from Phrompong station. Good business location with 2 upscale shopping malls and many restaurants nearby. The office is professionally set up with high ceiling and a lot of sunlight and greens. It offers variety of options including co-working area, meeting rooms, and private offices. Nice pantry area with utilities. Clean restrooms. Comfortable desks and chairs. Lockers are available for rent. WIFI, printer, scanner, and copying machine are readily available. The staffs are super friendly. Free coffee and tea. Very friendly atmosphere and you can meet new interesting people from all over the world.

I have visited the urban office once for a day pass. It is more than i expected. I really love the environment inside, the staffs are helpful and nice. If i have to choose to work in the coworking space, I will definitely choose the urban office. The interior here is quite different from another coworking spaces in Bangkok, it is more classy and dynamic look. People inside are respect to each other, they dont really talk loud and you wont face noisy problem. They are also have a big meeting room which is very beautiful and professional look with a very big LED TV for the presentation and comfort office chairs. I suggest you guys to try this coworking space.

I had been working in many coworking space in Bangkok before ending up with The Urban office. It has been nearly 6 months already and I enjoy every single day working in this office. Staffs are super friendly and extremely helpful when you need helps. My desk is just by the window - not just a regular window but floor to ceiling windows where I can enjoy fantastic view of Bangkok. Free flow of coffee and tea. They have one big pantry where I usually have my breakfast and lunch watching Netflix and meeting other entrepreneurs. They also hold a small event with free food and beer time to time. This week was pizza, last week was sandwiches and a week before was ice cream. If you are looking for a great place to work in Bangkok, you should check out The Urban office.

I don't usually write reviews but my time in the Urban Office left such positive impression on me. If you want a centrally located spot with an amazing view where you can focus, get good value for your money while being taken care of by the friendliest staff, Urban Office is your choice. Internet connection is blazing fast at 100Mbps+, the environment is quiet so you can really focus so good that sometimes you find yourself working for too long. You get free coffee/tea, printing and can meet both local/expat entrepreneurs. The location is so central that u are right on Phrom Phong BTS, Emporium/Emquartier shopping mall with a huge food court and many little restaurants and shops. It can't get more central than that. What I enjoyed the most though was the friendly staff, even though I was in Bangkok alone it felt like home there thanks to these guys. I really enjoyed my 30 days there, thank you!

My friend recommended this place to me since I just moved to Bangkok a few days ago and I need a nice place for me to do some works. I really love the beautiful view from here. It's nearby Phrom Phong BTS station and the staff are so helpful and friendly plus there are free coffee/tea/water. I got the warm welcome from everyone and got to know a lot of cool people. It was a nice time working at this place with the atmosphere that I can focus on my work and get a lot of work done. Everything was great for me so far, service, location, wifi and people. When I came to Bangkok and I need a space that I can work and still enjoy the a great view so I decided to find co-working space. I lived nearby Phrom Phong station so I googled co-working space around this area and then the Urban Offices came up. I really enjoy working there. I can walk from my Hotel just a few minutes and it easily access from the BTS Phrom Pong station. The staff was very nice and helpful and friendly. The atmosphere there was great. They decorate the space with real trees which was really nice and beautiful.They also provide free mineral water,Twining tea and great coffee. If I have to come back to Bangkok again, the Urban Office will be my first choice. I definitely recommend this co-working space. : )

I saw a review on Coworker.com and decided to try out the space for a day. After sending a request for one day pass, I got a confirmation e-mail from a General manager shortly after that. Although I am very new to Bangkok. The office was not hard to find. It is located in prime area, few mins walk from Phom Phong station. Staffs are super friendly and everyone can speak English there. A general manager showed me around the office and explained how coffee machine works which was kind of her. Their coffee is tasty and free flow also tea and water. Plus point for internet - very fast. I tried a speed test and it was nearly 100 for up and down.

I got to know about Urban office from Coworker.com and I got 1 day as a free trial. I was welcomed as a very friendly staff and during that day met a lot of wonderful entrepreneurs here. So next day (today) I came again and purchased few more days to work here until I go back to my country. When I come back to BKK, I definitely will come here to do my work. Very international, cozy, nice place to stay and do your work in BKK. And yes, it is located next to Phrom Pong BTS station, so no need to worry about the location :)

The Urban Office is an amazing coworking space that is reasonably priced with an extremely friendly staff. I'm only here for a few days, but the staff generously provided me with a free trial day. It is located on the 20th floor with a great view of Bangkok, unlimited free coffee and tea, and they even had a free pizza party at lunch -- a different event each Friday! I'm a graduate student and I found this place to have the perfect studying and working ambiance -- quiet, clean, fast internet (ideal for my graduate work) with a stunning view of the city -- the best part that distinguishes it from other coworking spaces. I definitely want to come back here again in the future and subscribe to their monthly membership when I begin writing my thesis.

I returned to Bangkok and was in need of quiet space to focus and super fast Internet. I did the Citizen fixed desk plan. I was a member of AIS DC and the space gets noisy, crowded and Wifi has been unreliable. They have upgraded the Internet and is now close to 100 mbps up and down. Combined that with free coffee, free water & tea, 5 star service, great location (short walk from phrom phong bts), and excellent views and this is one of the best deals in the city. The only thing I would say is needed for total perfection is that is that the chairs are not adjustable so depending on how tall you are and which desk you get this might not be the perfect ergonomic fit.

I was introduced to the concept of Coworking last year. As a translator, I need to work somewhere outside of my house where I can fully focus on my work. I have been working in many coffee shops but I found it hard to be productive. It is usually get noisy during lunch break and sometimes people just gather up for a discussion/ private tutoring. I got to know The Urban office from a friend of mine who used to come on a weekly basis so I gave it a try for a day and I just love it! The office is well decorated with artwork and trees. Internet is very fast, they can even name the WIFI with my name which I think it is very cool. They also provide free water, coffee and tea. The big plus is a location - few mins walk from Phrom Phong station by main Sukhumvit Road. No need to go through small road or anything.

The Urban office is such a relaxing and comfortable environment. It looks over the city and the view is phenomenal. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There is coffee and tea available and the quality is great compared to a lot of coffee places. This is definitely the place to be if you're looking to get some work done without being distracted. Awesome coworking place to work in! I couldn’t be more pleased. I look around many places, and I must say, this place ticked all the buttons. WIFI is fast. Clean. Bright. Positive vibe. Really friendly staff. The seats are well sparse out. Free coffee, tea, water. there are lockers for rent if you don't want to lug your laptop around. The location is convenient from phrom phong BTS, just like 100 meter walk, and takes you right up to the office. The trees and plants are real. Refreshing. Big windows all around when your eyes need a break. Plenty of original artwork to feast the eyes. The service here is beyond my expectation.

I have been using Urban Office for 2 months now, and consider this place as one of the best co-working places in Bangkok. Location - Just 3 mins from Promphong BTS centre of the city. There are department stores and local restaurants that will help you enjoy meals in a convenient way. Facilities - Using the whole floor of a brand-new building that provides out-standing environments as well as free coffee and tea. (Sometimes free snacks!) Friendly Staff - Staff are always nice and friendly even if you just drop by for a one-day trial. (Thanks Tanya!) I noticed this is somewhat different than other co-working places in Bangkok. I suggest you try out for a day, and that will help you to have a better grasp of this place. Highly recommend Urban Office!

At first glance I thought that this place only provides Coworking space. In fact, they also provide meeting facilities, permanent office that is customizable, and Virtual office. Tanya gave me great advices on the procedure of how to get my company registered. With The Urban office's great support, I could get my VAT registration done in two week's time! The reception team are very lively and speak fluent English. They always serve me my favourite tea without me asking for it. So far, I am in love with their excellent services, convenient location, fast internet and beautiful decoration with super reasonable price.

The Urban Office was a breath of fresh air and made my time in Bangkok so much more enjoyable than I expected. The tables are nice, the chairs are super comfortable, there's cold water and free coffee available whenever you need it and the internet is really fast. Also, a big shout out to Tanya who manages the entire business who went above and beyond my expectations and made my time spent there so enjoyable. The location is also really great as it's close to 2 really big malls which both contain large food courts and a variety of shopping options, the Emporium mall and the EM Quartier mall.

I went to work at Urban Office today as there was construction going on in my condo and I needed a quiet place to work. The people at Urban Office was kind enough to give me a complimentary one-day pass since this was my first time there. The office space itself is modern, clean and quiet. They have offices and fixed desks for members on longer term contracts. The amenities are pretty much on par with most other modern co-working places - free coffee, water and snacks, Skype booths, meeting rooms, etc. The only slight downside for me is that the building where Urban Office is located has relatively stringent security. It was a bit of an issue for me to get in as I did not have a passport or other form of photo identification on me. If you plan to visit, make sure you have this with you!

Minutes walk away from public transportation (and my apartment), located on a high floor in a very high end building so the view is excellent. Staff is always friendly and makes a point to learn your name even after only one visit. Very productive, safe environment with keycard-gated entry so I have never felt uncomfortable leaving my computer out even for several hours at a time. The mall is right next door so there are always options for lunch. Even comes with free coffee, which has been the sole reason I have survived some days. Can't recommend Urban Office highly enough!

I used the monthly hot desks in the common area. Great location right next to Em Quartier and 3 min walk to Phrom Phong BTS. Lots of food options nearby. In a new modern classy building. Nice open space with lots of windows with prime view of town. There are many facilities nearby like Virgin Active fitness centers, money changers, shopping, so its a good base for business. Tanya is friendly and attentive and her team is professional. Good ammenities like coffee, water, even has a TV with netflix. Probably the only decent service office in the area, with competing office spaces in proximity being expensive.

The location beside EmQuartier/Emporium on BTS Phrong Phong gives a perfect ability to have a workout in the morning at Virgin Active in Em and come over to the office. The Metropolis building is energising for work because of its class and 5 star layout (Marble, Art decor, Elevators, Bathrooms, ect.) The Urban Office gives a vast view of Sukhumvit and the natural light is a big benefit to work drive. The amenities are good and overall the place is perfectly suited for a co working space. People seem to be working on similar tech related projects, which is cool. Looking forward to a continued presence here.

It is located in a very easily accessible place, just a couple minute walk from BTS Phrom Phong station which is in the center of the city. On its 20th floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view of Bangkok city through the day and night which immediately compensates your hard work. Wifi in this office works perfectly with high speed and unlimited data. Although this office is in the building in a center of the city, you can enjoy the nature with trees and plants in the office which are bug-free of course. Staffs and a manager here are very kind and friendly as well, not to mention free coffee that they provide. You can get a cup of coffee from its cutting-edge coffee machine that will astonish you with its deep taste. I highly recommend you to get a table here before it's sold out.

Was recommended by my friend to check this place out. Staffs are very nice and accommodating. Place is very well decorated in modern yet cozy style. The full length window shows me splendid view of Bangkok. Internet is fast enough that I won't get angry. Unlimited tea, coffee, water; they use good stuff actually! I also like the location that is in the heart of Bangkok and super near BTS. The building itself is also very new and elegant looking from outside. Free parking for 2 hours and there are plenty of spots. Would totally recommend, even to chill out is worth it.

My company and I travelled to Bangkok last week and we held our annual meeting for the Regional Directors at the Urban Office. Tanya and her team were brilliant from the start when I was inquiring about the space, she responded to emails promptly and the rate was very good. Once we arrived in Bangkok and at the offices, the team were attentive and very supportive and provided us with everything that we needed, in good time. The space itself was very clean and more than what we needed for the day. Everything ran very smoothly. I would definitely hire again.

This coworker space looks very nice! The view is magnificent.... But it seams they where more focus on making the office look nice then in making it comfortable for long sessions of work... E.g chairs are not adjustable and table is bit lower which makes you work in bit odd position... For few days of work this is great place and you will love it especially the view... For some serious longer work I'm not so sure.... And yeah you are allowed only to big middle table if you are there for 5/10 days other tables chairs are reserved do their moth to month users... bit odd especially cause the most of them are empty

This place definitely lives up to its name. It seriously epitomises an 'urban office'. Upon walking in I felt like I was more in an art gallery then an actual co-working space. Everyone seemed to be dressed really nice (shirts & slacks) while my partner and I rocked up in shorts and flip-flops (I guess we're a bit too used to Chiang Mai spaces). Despite being dressed like we were going to the beach, the staff treated us like rock stars and were super friendly. They toured us around the space and showed off their beautiful kitchen. The office has high ceilings and breathtaking views. There's outlets everywhere and a large central white table in the middle devoted to hot desks. My only critique (which I told the office manager) is the chair heights aren't conducive to working long hours in. I much prefer office chairs that can move up and down compared to stiff designer/art pieces. To summerize - Awesome staff, great view, classy/upper class vibe, average seats. Wifi was good, but not great, I was pulling 12 Mbs when I tested it. Would definitely go back again!

Urban Office is a new cowork space opened late 2017 in a luxury building with great atmosphere with friendly staff. Prime location 2 minutes from BTS Phrom Pong and the Emporium Mall. Great views from 20th, quiet environment, free decent coffee, and water. If I had to be picky the Internet speeds are not as fast I would like 4 down 12 up and single plug outlets are hard to plug in. Currently great price point for the offering. This is a great space, pro business feel, to base yourself long term in prime location on sukamvit away from the madness of asok.

The Urban Office is a unique workplace. Staff are really welcoming, and cheerful. They made toured me around, and made sure I was comfortably settled in. The moment you walk in, you get great views all around. The internet is fast and stable. Didn’t feel spotty like some other coworking spaces. I personally love the vibe. The crowd is young, and professional. It’s not too casual where you see people walking around in t-shirts, shorts, and slippers. I like that environment. I can concentrate on my work. The place was buzzing, yet it’s not loud. They have a great kitchen. Free flow of coffee and tea. May I add that they do have good coffee, and it’s all included. Am definitely a fan!

Clearly the best office space in Bangkok with the most amazing views and staff. The office is located in a luxury building and is spacious, with great amenities (unlimited tea and coffee and a huge kitchen). The office has almost 360 degrees views of Bangkok which makes it a very productive environment to stay at. The location is really close to the BTS and there are many restaurants which is convenient. I would highly recommend to try it if you are a few days in Bangkok or even want to stay long term, this is the perfect place to be!

Literally steps away from the Phrom Phong BTS. Located in a gorgeous, modern luxury building. Floor to ceiling windows (high ceilings!) with lots of natural light. Decor is minimal and clean. Delicious coffee, fast wifi and super friendly English-speaking staff. Environment is a mix of freelancers/co-workers, and small international businesses. The building is a minute walking away from Em Quartier and Emporium malls, with numerous food options. Phrom Phong itself is such a central Bangkok location with great nearby restaurants which deliver via Food Panda or Uber Eats. I've tried numerous co-working spaces in Bangkok, and this one is the best value and best service all-around.

The Urban office is a beautiful space to work. It has everything you could possibly need to work productively and comfortably in a modern, chic high rise with a spectacular view. It has first class facilities and the most friendly, helpful staff. The atmosphere is motivating and inspiring as you're surrounded by likeminded people in a quiet place you can focus. With all of this taken into account it is actually great value. With unlimited tea, coffee, water and kitchen facilities, we actually save more money than if we had to buy coffees at a cafe to use their wifi. Wifi is fast, plenty of space for all and many different areas if you need to have a private meeting, make a phone call in privacy or simply take a break and relax on the sofa. My partner and I couldn't be happier at the Urban Office and highly recommend it!

I was here for half a day, the amenities are good, the space is huge, it was not crowded at all. If you are looking for a long term office solution this place is ideal. For daily and weekly plans its not the best option as only monthly members are allowed to stay past 17:30. The desks and seats in the common area are not the type you would need for long term desk work. Had no issues with wifi, the kitchen was great with very cheap drink options, free coffee was top notch. It was chilly inside make sure you bring a sweater.

I was looking for a workspace with good light and bright atmosphere and the urban office was perfect. The moment I stepped in the receptionist was extremely helpful and the manager that explained me the various packages offered was friendly and clear, gave me all the details and answered all my questions. This place has a professional atmosphere which also feels relaxed - apart from the fact their space has terrific views of the city. I had a business meeting and they made everything easy for me, they provide service, have tasty coffee, great new facilities. Absolutely loved it! Pricing is also very reasonable and the location is easy to find.

This is not my first time in a co-worker space and should I say, I am in love with the Urban Office setup, Perfect location, best seating, all the amenities are state of the art, with all the other things taken care of, its eazy for you to focus on your work alone, and that too in luxury :) One of tge key features or basic necessasity for any office nowadays is a good network connection, and Urban Space has gone beyond the expected and provided Wify connection with blazing speeds, no drops and good support techs. In short its your place to work in style.

The office is not just a space, but people as well. I felt really welcome, even tho there were not too many fellow nomads (which may be a plus for the productivity), guys working in the space were always really helpful and always radiating good vibes. They helped me not only in the office but also with understanding Bangkok :) The venue itself is rather spacious and it has an amazing view over the cityscape. Space was always very clean, quiet and really feels a bit luxurious. There also is some good coffee available in the kitchen (not the instant crap).

This is the first time I am using a co-working space even if I checked out a few before choosing one.The co-working space at the Urban Office is modern and open in a nice and modern building. This is is good for creativity (at least mine). The location is great, just a few minutes walk from one of the BTS stations (Phrom Phong). There are also good restaurants nearby to have lunch. Drinks are available at the office. Staff is helpful and friendly greats me with a smile every day and provide me with help when needed. They also have plenty of different options for office space to choose from depending on your need, all within an affordable price range.

I needed a hotdesk for the day and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of this co-working space! Centric location and easy to access from the public is transport. The staff was very welcoming and they were very clear in explaining the offers and packages according to your business needs. The space feels modern and cozy, great feng shui and the view... the view is breathtaking! They have fast, stable wifi & the highly was the delicious coffee which is unlimited (what a bonus!). On another visit I used one of their meeting rooms which is top level, and the staff again didn’t disappoint very helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!

Happy staff, friendly service, warm greetings by my name every day. It’s a cool place, open, airy, warm feeling, not another cold modern industrial feel like other coworking places. Their working desks are nicely spaced out, not squeezy. They have several breakout areas like a big kitchen with island table for you to chill, network with other clients, or just relax in their common lounges. I had a successful meeting here. My guests were really impressed. My guests were served coffee without me requesting. There’s no branding at their reception which I thought was unique. Their coworking and virtual office choice are flexible and can top up from the most basic plan.

I was in Bangkok for a week and needed a place to work from. After reading some of the reviews this place seemed to do the job. After a short introduction over tea I was ready to work. The view from the 20th floor is amazing. The facilities are new, chairs comfy. The internet is fast and reliable. The place was quiet and it was easy to get into the zone and get work done! The staff is very friendly and will help you out with any problems that might occur. Lots of food in walking distance from the coworking space.

Ideal location- It is located by main Sukhumvhit road, very close to BTS station. I literally can walk from home in soi39 to office everyday so I found it very convenient. What I love about this space comparing to other places is that the contract is very clear and flexible. Staffs are well trained, very professional and friendly. I love their dining area where I can comfortably have my lunch watching netflix and meeting up new people. Their coffee is so good! Forget those 60 baht coffee because the quality is way beyond that. I guess they are using really good coffee bean and various functions on the machine to choose from black coffee to flat white! I highly recommend this business center to anyone planning to work in Bangkok. I wish I knew this place sooner.

After the one day trial, I fell in love with their space! Ended up signing up for their monthly plan. Really good WiFi, and super amazing team. They speak really good English and fast at getting back to me when I needed help. Only a few minutes walk from phrom phong Bts. Lots of great food nearby. Not super crowded. Better than working at cafes or other local coworking spaces I’ve tried. The beautiful photos they posted are real. It looks even better when you visit in person. Had a great week at the Urban Office. The staff was super friendly and were very flexible at accommodating my requests. The week finished with a nice networking event, with talks from AdSoup and Twitter. Thank you Tanya, Jin and the rest of the staff! Pros: - Next to BTS, shopping mall, street food and restaurants - Stylish and comfortable furniture - Professional but friendly atmosphere - Lots of desks and plenty of power plugs - Fast and stable WIFI (~50mbps) - Incredible, inspiring view - Call booth for phone calls - Meeting rooms - Complimentary coffee - Networking events - Lockers - Security Only point which could be improved: Acoustic treatment of the phone booth because it had a bit echo.

I've tried many coworking spaces in Bangkok and I will have to say Urban Office at Metropolis is definitely one of the best! What I love about Urban is that it is modern, quiet, and I can actually focus on my work without any distractions whatsoever. The decor is modern where I can experience the best of both worlds of the stunning view of Sukhumvit and the open air-like garden oasis atmosphere. The Wifi is very stable, I had no problems. The staffs are very friendly and I always feel welcome. I enjoy that my hot cappuccino is always served without me even asking. Location is convenient and easy to get around, just a few minutes’ walk from Phrom Phong station. The building itself is brand new and attractive surrounded with shopping malls (Emporium and Emquartier), affordable restaurants for a quick bite, and bars. I highly recommend Urban for your next visit for all the coworking space members.
