Coworking Space: Spaces Works - Summer Hill in Bangkok

Our Thai team is using this space for almost 1 year (and we signed a 3 years lease). However, due to the pandemic, things has recently got a downturn. We signed for a 6p office but are looking to hold our expansion plans until after the pandemic. Trying to cut costs if possible and asking if we can downgrade our office size (just need a 3p space/desk at most) but they would not let us. They insisted that we will have to pay for the 6p office until end of our lease unless we go bankrupt. We offered to negotiate for a reasonable fee to terminate our lease - but no, they said termination fee would equal to the remainder of our lease... So, think twice before signing a lease with Spaces!

I didn't work here, but visited this place in my search for a workspace. The prices as mentioned on this page are wrong. The price for a shared coworking place is 2260 Baht for 1 week, and 6900 Baht for 1 month. The prices on their own website are misleading as well. I am really wondering about the reason to offer/advertise a workplace for x Baht a month. And when you visit they say that the price is only for 5 days in that month. That way I can offer workplaces for 1 Baht a year. You are only allowed to visit for 1 minute in that year, but you are allowed to choose the date and time in that year yourself :) I hope my review will save you some time to visit this place. I wanted to give 1 star for wasting my time. But added 1 star for the location which is really wonderful, next to a BTS station.
