We rented a small 4 desk room, which they charged us for 'repainting' all the walls and 'scrubbing the floor'. Lots of other co-working spaces in Bangkok. Avoid this one. Room was always really hot, or freezing cold. Internet was very temperamental and needed to be re-logged in constantly. Staff were OK, except when we wanted to move out. Supposed to get the deposit back after 7 days. Ours has already been over 2 weeks. Communal areas were generally taken over by 1 company who rented a few of the private rooms. Generally a bad experience and annoyed to be charged for general wear and tear.

Place of great potential let down by some noisy coworkers

The location is great, situated centrally and within walking distance of 2 metro stations. They have great desks and comfortable ergonomic chairs. Their wifi was on par with what you get in Thailand. Unfortunately, my experience here was unhinged by a large group of coworkers who spent lot more time socialising than working, at an unacceptable level of volume. Perhaps I caught Launchpad on a bad day. But I would certainly think twice about coming back soon.
