The office is mostly only used by one additional person, so that there is enough focus time guaranteed. Take a recharging break at the terrace above or close to the river. Your coworkers work as Journalists, IT Experts or accountants.

Free Drinking Water: there is no drinking water station with a selection of mineral water (cold, sparkling, etc.): the water is so called "Hahnenburger", that if taken from the kitchen is slightly stale. The drinking water from the foutan at Münsterplatz or Augustinergasse / Rheinsprung is really fresh as always running. Bike Park: there is no more Bike Park. Bikes should be parked on the opposite side of the street, against the wall of the restaurant (with the tenant's permission?) or in one of the bike parking spaces at the Museum of Cultures / Natural History Museum, as they are not allowed to be parked against the wall of Augustinergasse 21 in front of the studio windows or in the courtyard, in accordance with the property owner's instructions. Heating: Mention of heating. The old gas heating works but there were incidents with CO2 emissions due to incomplete combustion for several times and the subtenant did not respond despite repeated warnings. First, a technical article on the dangers of CO2 had to be presented. The problem is not definitely resolved. Cleaning: the room was cleaned once a week, but since the subtenant throws the used coffee pods into the office trash while they are still hot, along with food scraps, it smells. And the cardboard box doesn't move on its own.

Impossiblity to use the co-workingspace as convened, toner of the printer not included, meeting space not available and with a huge indoor palm tree in front of the non-functional wall screen.

2-3 coffee / day printer is not functional, toner cartridge and paper on own cost had to be bought. The sublessor until now refuses to recover the costs so far "as he does not use the printer" - in your presence. The sublessor asks you to be quiet in his and his co-workers presence as they are giving remote support by phone. While the contract allows 24/7 access in fact the sublessor did not comply with the contractual agreements, f.e. using the co-workingspace at the evenings and nights in order to perform the tasks like printing without disturbing. The use of the meeting room has to be announced by email to all the tenants and subtenants of the Augustinergasse 21.
