7A Centralen provides office solutions with the ability to develop according to your changing needs.
The Center is well situated in the very heart of Stockholm, with Stockholm Central Station,
Arlanda Express and City Terminal just around the corner. Our flexible facility allows you to upgrade to more or larger offices as your business grow. Our offices vary from 3 square meters up to 200 square meters.



At 7A we have over a decade of experience in providing office and meeting solutions, on three different attractive
locations in Stockholm City Center. We are well-known for our exceptional customer service, and the care put into building and maintaining relationships. And we strongly believe in our vision to make every visit
to 7A “an experience beyond the expected”.

What started off as one floor of office space on Strandvägen 7 in early 2006, has now grown to three different flexible facilities. All offering office- and meeting solutions. We have clients from well-known and established companies, to smaller businesses and startups, across all types of industries. All 7A facilities are conveniently located on attractive addresses. A 5-minute walk from a subway station and within a few blocks of landmarks such as, Stockholm Central Station, The Royal Dramatic Theatre and Stockholm City Library.

The perfect solution providing a flexible workplace in creative environments. 7A Business Lounge can be found at three
central locations in Stockholm. It’s a new concept designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs working in todays fast paced business environment through to large sized companies arranging conferences. Our membership includes access to inspiring and effective work environments in Östermalm, Odenplan and by the Central station. When your business grows and you need to expand, 7A Business Center can help support you by providing office solutions tailored to your company’s needs.

If you can’t choose between our Business Lounge membership and a private Office, the fixed desk
option is the perfect solution. The fixed desk option gives you a private adjustable desk including a
desk lamp, storage, bin & ergonomic office chair. This office solution even includes 24/7 access to
the chosen premises and Business Lounge membership to all locations.
