Coworking Space: Espacio Arroelo in Pontevedra

For someone like me who starts in a totally new place, work and country... Arroelo is not just a place to work but a family. This place has something that makes it special and it isn't just the workspace, is the people who makes the place. In here I found people who is fighting for their dream and colaborates without judging. They really want to make some change in the world. I'm really glad to share space with the arroelover family and I have to recognize that they also changed me for better. I don´t know where I'm gonna be in the future but part of my soul will be always with Arroelo, Afri and María.

Pues así es, cada día cuando entro por la puerta del coworking tengo la misma sensación, como la de sentirme en casa, en mi segunda casa y eso es maravilloso teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de horas que tengo que pasar aquí trabajando un día tras otro. Las gestoras, los compañeros y la filosofía que nos rodea a todos hacen de éste un lugar en el que realmente trabajar a gusto. Hace tres años que descubrí Espacio Arroelo y espero sumar aquí muchos más años creciendo y aprendiendo y conociendo a personas estupendas que como yo luchan por su trabajo y sus ilusiones.

Arroelo es un sitio único que enamora desde el primer momento en el que se llega a él: sus preciosos espacios que guardan mil historias del pasado, sus techos altos, su decoración... pero una vez que te adentras en el mundo Arroelo descubres que todo esto, aún siendo hermoso, es lo menos bonito, ya que lo realmente maravilloso es la comunidad de personas que comparten su talento en él, que se apoyan entre sí, que se cuidan, que realizan proyectos comunes o que inspiran a los demás con su trabajo, y con quienes poder compartir un café... Un espacio especial para gente especial.

Beautiful and friendly atmosphere. Arroelo is a strong community, made of professionals with varying skills and expertise who love learning from each other.

I have found a really nice place to do my work on software development with some mates, and felt warmly welcomed from the first day.

Fue un flechazo... Buscaba un espacio para dejar volar la imaginación, para trabajar, para conocer personas maravillosas, para compartir, para crecer como persona, para respirar aire fresco, para poder invitar a gominolas, para desarrollar proyectos emocionantes y ambiciosos, ..., buscaba ese espacio y la verdad, tardé bien poco... Lo encontré fácilmente hace ya cuatro años y cada vez que hacía proyectos fuera (pasando largas temporadas sin ver a l@s arroelovers) sabía que volvería. Es un lugar maravilloso donde compartimos y crecemos junt@s, nos apoyamos para lo bueno y lo no tan bueno y, sobre todo, donde se puede ser como quieres ser. :)

I used to travel a lot and in any place I've visited used to go to any coworking at least for some days. I've never found one as this is. People are not just coworkers, are friends, they are more than friends, family!!! Always looking to help each other and the environment and atmosphere is incredible. If I should recommend one coworking among those I've been, I definitely recommend Arroelo.

Here in Arroelo we are a big family where you never feel alone. The atmosphere is wonderful, placed in two old flats, it manteins the enchanting of the old arquitechture details mixed with the good and modern taste of the people who runs it (the co-chiefs we called them). The spaces are suficient, big and well illuminated, the wi-fi is good, the copy machine works wonderfully and we also have kitchens and library (made with our own books). We are child-friendly and pet friendly (peaceful pets can come with their responsible owners). But the best part of it is that we allways make a party of everything even our mistakes, cause live is one and we are prepared to live it full!!

Magnífico espacio para trabajar a gusto y desarrollar tu labor profesional. Pero, sin duda , lo mejor es la gran sensación que te aporta el sentirse en una gran familia, donde no sólo se trabaja sino que también hay tiempo para el ocio y el buen rollo entre compañeros.

It is a fantastic place to share with excellent people.

I arrived in Pontevedra, found Arroelo online and went there. They welcomed me with a smile and since then, everything went perfect. You can just work there (nice chairs, desks, WiFi…) as it's a fantastic space, but there's much more: you can also feel inspired, make great friends with very different backgrounds and professional careers, and live in a big family that is always supporting each other, planning new events, having fun and encouraging the rest. They help you and you help the rest to make them, the space, the city and the world a little better too. Totally recommended!

I think i´ve found my place to work in Arroelo. It´s philosophy is to help each other if you can and share your experiences.

Great place to work, to get inspiration and to have fun. Here, ideas simply happen. En el marco de una vida nómada, la experiencia en Arroelo es como la de volver al hogar profesional. Desde hace unos años voy y vengo, y aunque la libertad es fabulosa, extrañaba la camaradería y buena energía de mis antiguos equipos. Al descubrir este espacio han cambiado por completo mis temporadas en Pontevedra. Cada vez que piso Arroelo me recargo en un ambiente amigable y proactivo, donde puedo concentrarme y a la vez nutrirme. La ubicación es excelente y las coordinadoras regalan entusiasmo contagioso. 100% Recomendable.

Desde el primer al último día que entré en Arroelo pude sentir que se trata de un espacio inspirador, tranquilo, coqueto, espacioso, cálido, lleno de vida!! No hay nada mejor que ir a trabajar en un ambiente cómodo y con todo tipo de servicios a tu disponibilidad, donde tanto puedes estar ensimismado en tu trabajo como desconectar con los demás compis en una conversa enriquecedora o simplemente de charloteo XD.

After 2 years in the community these are the bests things for me in the space: 1. The wifi connection is about 100mb-s (tested by me) 2. The decoration is neutral, there are not giant words in the walls, nor bright colors (everything is placed is a way that I feel really confortable). 3. The community is great. There are more than 60 people. There is always new people that you can meet. There are always events for networking (the famous "arroelada events") and people to help ypu with an idea. 4. The hosts are really kind. Whatever problem it is they solve it in less than 2 hours. They always help on how you feel in your everyday life in the coworking.

Llegar a Arroelo fue una de las mejores cosas que me pudo pasar, para comenzar de nuevo en una etapa diferente de mi vida! Es una gran familia, llena de energías positivas y de ambiente inspirador...
