Overview of CasaB Coliving

We are a Coliving and Creative House in the middle of nature 25/30 mins from Madrid (well connected with the city center by bus). We offer coworking space, and sleeping accommodation in private or shared room (short term and long term)

We have created a beautiful community in the last 4 years in other Creative House in the city center in Malasaña and now we are releasing the "nature version".

In this previous house, we have organized photo exhibitions, acoustic concerts, creative networkings and shared the house to connect with others in a meaningful way around art, culture, music, entrepreneurship, etc. Creating a beautiful and supportive community along the way.

In this House in Nature, we will generate dynamics of creativity, art, coliving, and connection. The idea of the new headquarters arose before covid since we have always dreamed of a space that was a little more connected to nature and offered other types of possibilities, so that right now, having both houses, we want the dynamics to be even more powerful.

We want to share the space with open-minded and proactive people that want to be part of this community.

We have dynamics in the house such as masterminds, brainstormings, and several other things that are being considered with the current community of people both to boost your personal projects and connect with those of others.

The community has also many people who come from other parts of the world so you´ll be able to connect and share with an international environment.

The house is between Torrelodones and Hoyo de Manzanares, the bus that takes you directly to Moncloa is close to home by foot. The House has High Speed Fiber optic internet, Fireplace, maintained Pool if you dare a cold plunge! Huge spaces and unique gardens.

We are in an environment that although it is close to the city, we are literally in the middle of nature surrounded by mountains. There are several trekking routes and some of Madrid´s best mountain bike trails on the doorstep of the house, as well as climbing areas, and other activities that will also be encouraged and planned from the house.

I started living there month ago and I really happy about everything happens in the creative house. I met interesting people , projects and I found a peacefull home to enhance mines. Im spanish and its also fun and funny the international mix we have! Thanks Alejandro for everything and casab members you are TOP!!!!
