Workshop17 Firestation is situated around a fully functioning firestation in the heart of Rosebank combining old and new. The existing heritage building is full of character and is home to our public café, seminar room, board rooms, members lounge and dedicated offices. The 10th floor in the new building is modern and boasts uninterrupted views from the offices and terraces reaching over the city all the way to Magaliesburg. On the 10th floor you will find dedicated offices with hot desks and lounge areas, a café and meeting rooms. Between the old and new, Workshop17 Firestation offers over 170 hot desks, 27 private offices and more than 10 meeting rooms, seminar rooms and training spaces with access to lounges and break away areas.

Beautiful place to work from in prime location

I love working from here - walking distance to Gautrain station and just across Rosebank mall. The space has a great vibe with a diverse crowd of people working from here. Managed to make some great connections. Interior is simply beautiful and view over Joburg breathtaking (especially now with the Jacarandas!). Team super helpful and goes out of their way to assist.

Workshop17 Firestation is a great space to spend your work day! The facilities are second to none, the staff are friendly and super helpful. The bespoke design of the space leaves a lasting impression, along with the magnificent views over Rosebank and the surrounding suburbs. The furniture is beautiful and oh-so-comfy! Bonus - the coffee is great!

This space is modern and shiek and a beautiful view of the city to add to that, boardrooms offered has all the amenities needed for a general board meeting and free calling from and to any of the boardrooms in Workshop17 locations. with the added touch of dialing the cafe to order coffee. Wifi is super fast. voice quality is great.
