Coworking Space: The Workspace Ballito in Durban

Our Ballito branch offers everything you need to run a business, in tasteful, comfortable surroundings. Our affordable coworking spaces offer comfortable seating, desks and high-speed internet access, along with on-site business services – from full reception to printing and courier services.

Our Ballito branch also has a roof-top braai area and a courtyard, ideal for functions and for relaxing and networking with fellow members.

All our coworking packages include use of professional, on-site meeting rooms for a certain number of hours each month. The packages also include free, secure open parking or basement parking at an additional charge.

Three coworking packages are available. Per month, THE package costs R3400 plus VAT for 160 hours of coworking; the WORK package costs R2090 plus VAT for 80 hours of coworking; and the SPACE package costs R1050 plus VAT for 40 hours of coworking.

The Ballito branch also offers 60 fully serviced, furnished offices for rent. They range in size from single-person offices to larger offices suitable for teams of up to six people. Contact us for pricing, which varies based on office size.
