Coworking Space: Smart Office in Belgrade

I'm in Belgrade several times a year and use smart office every time I need to pop in for a few days/week to work, or sometimes just to hold a few quick online conference calls in one the conf rooms. The location is super convenient (esp. lots of places for coffee/lunch within 5 mins walking), the staff super friendly and accomodating (from helping with office supplies to missing chargers and accessories), all of the usual amenities like impeccable high-speed wifi, excellent air conditioning! and kitchen, and it's never too crowded so you can really focus on your work. So glad something like this, and at such a professional level, finally exists in Belgrade.

We held a company retreat at Smart Office and right from the planning to then very end we found them nothing but professional, friendly and so helpful. The price was great, the meeting room we had was comfortable with all the amenities we needed, and all the staff were amazing and so accommodating. Also the location of the offices are right in the centre of Belgrade which is super handy. They even helped with suggestions for things to do outside of the office which was so helpful. Highly recommend!

L'équipe est efficace et réactive ce qui créé une bonne ambiance, des services de qualité et les équipements tout confort. Il y a des salles de plusieurs tailles dans les locaux réparties sur les 2 étages permettant d'organiser également des réunions, conférences ou travailler en groupe.

This was a great coworking spot to work out of for a month during my stay in Belgrade. Wifi was very reliable. All the usual amenities you'd expect, coffee machine, water cooler, flex desks, and a key card to get in. Location couldn't have been more prime, right in the center of the main shopping street with plenty of lunch options within a stone's throw, and a lively atmosphere when you get off of work of people out in evening going shopping. People were extremely friendly, as was the case generally in Belgrade, though there wasn't always much interaction between people. If you want to be able to talk freely - for calls, Skype, etc - be sure to mention it ahead of time as there are special rooms for that. Would go again!

Great, bright, and modern space in the heart of Belgrade, with great hosts! Even if you aren't in a need of a coworking space, you can stop by just to feel the atmosphere. They were there to assist me with everything I was in need of. Great Wifi, separate kitchen, nice, clean, eco cans, separate offices. Near Kalemegdan and 50m from the big shopping center where you can have lunch. The work environment is relaxed, and you can definitely get plenty of work done there. Simply one of the best co-working space I've worked from. I'm already looking forward to coming back the next time I'm in Belgrade. Highly recommended, 10/10!

My company needed space for only 2 days, so we decided to take one of event rooms in Smart Office and it was amazing. They're located in the main street in Belgrade, near pretty much everything you need. The hosts are highly professional, polite and there to deliver best experience for you. We've got the same treatment as full time members. The internet connection is very good, and you have everything you need to work. We're very satisfied with everything that was provided to us. I highly recommend them if you need a silent place for full productivity in the city center in Belgrade.

At the time of writing, I am working and traveling in Europe, and recently completed a trial day at this space when I was staying in Belgrade. It is a city currently covered in cranes: the entire foreshore is being revamped and I felt a sense of rapid change, as if the place is going to be the next Prague or Budapest. I felt this same energy at Smart Office, located conveniently on the main mall. Like the proverbial life hacker seeking to 10x their productivity, the space is about to grow literally ten times in size, with big renovations in progress (don't worry: they won't interfere with your work, as they're happening behind a few sets of doors away from the active work space. Like many spaces in Serbia, it's a beautiful old building complete with tiny dragons guarding the stairwell from the bannisters, but inside Smart Office, everything is being refreshed and renewed. The staff are really friendly with a full-time space hostess to help you out with whatever, always a nice feature.

Smart Office is in a great location right in city centre, so there are many restaurants and other amenities very close which is super convenient. I work odd hours and had some special requests; the staff were very nice and flexible in helping me with these with no problems. I really enjoyed using this workspace! They play some very chill music in the background which was nice, but it isn't too loud that it becomes overbearing. The kitchen facilities are very convenient. The two flights of stairs to get to the office are great exercise! Thank you to all the staff for a welcome stay.

Right in the city center, really open and pleasant place to work from.. Hosts are nice and always happy to help, and I felt right at home within the first five minutes of being there. Offices are in an old building that has a charm of its own, it's well lit, open and has everything you need in a modern office - starting from comfy chairs to fast internet, water cooler (needed for the office talk of course) and a proper kitchen where you can dine and replenish you coffee levels. Next time I'm in the city and I need a place to work, I will definitely consider another visit

The Smart Office Co-working space is located on the very hot street "Kneza Mihaila walking street". There are many excellent cafes, restaurants and shopping malls in the streets and often perform street performances. It is refreshed just by taking a walk for a while on the Kneza Mihaila walking street during work. The location is a huge benefit. Another great thing is friendly and sociable staffs. They sincerely open their hearts and come first. It is an energy that can work happily. Many co workers were enjoying working. I want to work together when I come back to Belgrade again.

I was in Belgrade for the month of July and got a month pass at Smart Office after checking out a few other coworking spaces. The location for me was the best of all the choices I looked at, right on the Kneza Mihaila walking street. It was also the quietest space I found as it really is used as a full-time workspace by a lot of professionals. The people there (both coworkers and the staff) were very warm and great to get to know. Milica and Boris, who seem most involved running things day-to-day, would put together Friday happy hours that I always looked forward to. I was also treated to some homemade Rakia on a few occasions! The space itself is a big airy top-floor loft that I found inspiring and the setup (desks, chairs, etc) were all solid and comfortable for my month’s work. If I’m back in Belgrade (as I hope to be within a few months) this is the space I’ll continue to opt for. Also on my very last day they walked me through new space next door that they just leased so I think it’s about to get 5x bigger. Highly recommend you check it out!

as you can see from the title, the director and manager think that they can terminate services and not let companies do their scheduled events even though they have been paid in full and have contracted the space out to individual companies - very happy with Serbian police who did their job and removed the 2 trouble makers form the presentation suite, so that the rest of us can do our business. it seems that smart office has a personal agenda and not a professional one. for more info, let me know so that I can send anyone interested the police report.

I am a digital nomad and have been traveling around Europe for the past 2 months. Coming to Smart Office has been a wonderful highlight of my journey so far. The space is naturally lit, the chairs are comfortable, and the noise level is low. It made for the perfect environment to be very productive. The office assistant, Milica, was so welcoming and constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable. Her kindness really shaped my experience at Smart Office, I am so appreciative! If you are working in Belgrade and need a place to be very productive, definitely come to Smart Office!

Smart is by far the most pleasant office space I've had an opportunity to work at. The place is very versatile hence, it's convenient for sole freelancers, small or big teams. It is vibrant, inspiring and you will meet some of the coolest people there and not to mention it is located right at the heart of Belgrade's downtown. At your disposal are conference rooms for when you need some privacy e.g. for a meeting, great wi-fi, an office manager who will help you out on anything office related, there is free coffee and drinks and personal favorite - Friday Happy Hour :)! The office is also pet and very eco friendly

Whenever I am in Belgrade I do not miss an opportunity to visit Smart Office, since they offer just perfect place for work. Nice, spacious environment with a lot of natural light. Many desks available, also few conference/meeting rooms which I find very convenient - no need to leave Smart if you have to organize some meetings or presentations. Internet connection is smooth, I have never experienced problems in that respect. I cannot imagine my working day without a lot of coffee and the one which is offered in Smart (for free) is of good quality. Stuff is very pleasant and always willing to help. They really did a good job - the working atmosphere in Smart is just as it should be. Another good thing is that you can meet many interesting people in Smart Office and establish very useful business contacts. Of course, I should not forget Friday's happy hour :) - nice touch at the end of the busy week. Location cannot be better - in the very center of Belgrade! So, numerous options for coffee, lunch or snack during breaks or after the work is done.

Whenever I stay in Belgrade I spend my working hours in smart office (and some of my spare time as well :). I like this place for its good mixture of relaxed vibes and encouraging working environment with various people from all around the globe. Spacious shared offices with big desks provide me enough room if I want to concentrate on my work. I also like the fact that there are small conference rooms available if I want to retreat and attend some conference calls. On the other hand the common areas are very pleasant and a great place if you want to enjoy your coffee break and meet some new people and exchange your experiences and ideas. Last but not the least there are the famous happy hours on Friday afternoons where you can already turn on your weekend mood with some good Serbian Slivovica ;)

Smart Office is located at the very centre of the city of Belgrade with the great view of the main pedestrian street. Space has loads of sunshine, and for the most of the day you won't need additional light. Great amenities! There is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, and all the glasses, cups bowls and plates you could need. They offer free coffee, milk and tea. The place is full of friendly people that eagerly socialise and make business connections if possible. There is free wi-fi, printing and scanning as well as help (if needed) from the office assistant. Tables are big and spacey, with extra comfortable office chairs. Also, coworkers can have their private lockers - free of charge. All in all it's really an enjoyable place that stimulates productiveness.

I started using Smart Office when I first moved to Belgrade and from the first day I felt that this was a great place to be. Everyone is really helpful and being with other feeelancers are a great way to connect to other people. I have since then moved into my own offices due to my company growing, but I still use Smart Office and especially the owner Miroslav whenever I’m looking for new talent or other help in my business. The network that Miroslav/Smart Office have is amazing and I have no problems with recommending Smart Office to everyone I know.

Smart Office is the place I return to, whenever in Belgrade. Since they’ve moved to the new location, I find it the best place in south east Europe. As for facilities - divided to smaller sections, gives you coziness when need to focus on silence or work with whole team. Few meeting rooms of different sizes, not to mention training room convenient for trainings. Diversified and positive crowd, gives you chance to have fun or outsource some of your processes. The location of Smart Office is perfect - right in the city center, in the pedestrian area, but just minutes away from a large parking garage. Anyone coming to meet you, can easily park, and be there in 2 minutes, which is not the case with most places in Belgrade. The atmosphere in the space is busy and peaceful at the same time, which is perfect for me. There is just the right amount of work noise, to make it easy to concentrate, and to make you get into work mode. There are many amazing people to meet, and work gets done.

Very nice, friendly coworking place located in the very center of the city. It is neat and quite, a place where you can really get some serious work done! The space is spacious, so you can choose a place to sit in different rooms. The crew helps you settle in and feel welcome, they are fast in responsding to requests and resolving any issues. Coworkers come from all over the world and from different industries, there are freelancers, teams working for different companies, so networking opportunities are great. Love their Friday happy hour tradition :) I would recommend anyone to try it.

Every time I stayed at Smartoffice, WiFi was excellent. Meeting rooms are really cosy. Kitchen, toilets and all additional infrastructure/equipment you need is at your disposal 24/7 and are in great shape. All people involved, from owner to at-site-personal, are welcoming and true professionals. Good thing also is that they are at city centre, so if you need good restaurant, caffe, or even a night club :), everything is just a couple of minutes of walk away. Last but not least, people! Coworkers that I met there had a really cool impact on me. I met A LOT of inspirational pro's in the Smart. So, I really do advice you to check them out, whenever you are in the great city of Belgrade!

I discovered Smart Office in autumn 2012. I was just a freelance in my business. However, thanks to the benefits of the first coworking space in Belgrade, I was brave and opened my PR Agency (2013). I go to Smart from time to time, but this is fifth year in row that I go there. I like that there is a option which I use, to choose one of free desks, but there is also.a option for dedicated deks, which is cool for someone who comes every day. It is very bright, a lot of natural light! Chairs are perfect, which is very important for me since I am tall. Internet connection works perfectly. In first year, in first Smart, once or twice, there were some problems with connection, but they would fix it, but now in new bigger Smart it works smoothly! Coffee is very good and I appreciate that a lot! But since Smart is in very center, there are also a lot of cafes around and Belgrade is famous for a good coffee!!! :) Atmosphere in Smart is very, very warm and the thing I like the most is that the mixture of people and professionals there is great so when I need some advice or I need good PR agent, designer or a programmer, I find a solution "in house". When I have meetings I rent one of conference rooms and since there are several of them, one is more or less always available. I try to go to work in Smart specially on Fridays because of famous "happy hour" event!!! :)

I recommend Smart Office for several reasons. The first one is its location: placed in the very centre of Belgrade, it is at a walking distance of many hot-spots of the city, for both city-lovers, as those who search for calm. Second, the atmosphere of this cowork is very warm and inspiring. The mixture of coworkers and their professions is very stimulating and offers good opportunities for collaboration, fun and discovery. Finally, I especially like the famous "Happy hours". Scheduled ones or twice per month, they are exclusively dedicated to Smart Office members. As such, they function as a sort of ”team buildings”, and that's a very good idea for self-employed professionals.

We started our business at SmartOffice. In the very beginning, we did not need a big office, so SmartOffice provided all what we needed at the time: a comfortable working environment, great location (in the very city center) and great assistance in terms of office management. Still, one of the greatest assets of SmartOffice are the people: Mira, Cvijeta and Miroslav will be there to assist you in whatever you need, even beyond the day-to-day activities in the office. They assisted us when setting up the business in Serbia, which was very helpfull and saved us quite some time. Smart office takes your heart at first sight. It is very bright, sunny and colorful. Staff is very friendly, people working there come from all over the world from various businesses. everything in this space is great. the atmosphere is super friendly and service is above great! staff is very professional and helpful while the environment is productive and relaxed. the building is in the Knez Mihajlova main street in the city with the beautiful view of the pedestrian area. In summer you can go on break in Kalemegdan just couple hundred meters away to enjoy one of the most beautiful sightseeing in the city. highly recommend this place in the heart of the Belgrade for all freelancers stopping by or someone who just needs a slight environment change. see you there!

I spent about two months working out of Smart Office last year. From time to time, I feel homesick for Belgrade and reflect on my experiences at Smart Office. A lot of good people work here and the community is warm and welcoming. The physical environment was great for productivity, as I worked more during my two months in Belgrade than any other in 2017. If you live in Dorčol or near Knez Mihailova, the location is also perfect. I will surely come back to work here the next time I'm in Belgrade! Only wish I could be there sooner.

I had an opportunity to spend exactly a year in Smart Office space, from Sept 2016 till Sept 2017. It was a great, a unique experience! Great working atmosphere, excellent conditions and location, very spacious with plenty of daylight. It was a feeling as if we were all within one company working together...not to mention polite and professional staff. Generally speaking, every single aspect was on a very high level.
