Coworking Space: co.co.haus in San Juan

I'm a freelance photographer/ filmmaker and discovered this space in the heart of the art district in Santurce. I found this place to be a little slice of freelance heaven. They have many different options of space you can choose from, depending on your needs and budget. It's also very welcoming and easy to get my work done on a deadline. And when I'm done I can walk across the street for some local coffee or walk a block down for some dinner and a cocktail. Their services, value and this location is just perfection. They get all the stars!

Ambiance is awesome! The shared space is cozy, with enough privacy to work! The space is welcoming, inspiring- everything a true coworking should be! Lots of perks like electronic check-in, phone booths, conference rooms, great coffee and a super location! Their co-founder always welcomes you with a smile and makes sure you are set for the day with everything you need! They are all foodies, so expect great food events once in a while! AND their vision for the future is EPIC and I can't wait to be a part of it! CoCo WILL be the best coworking the Caribbean!

co.co.haus is located in the most vibrant area of Santurce, walking distance from the great restaurants, coffeeshops and Lote23! (a food-truck park just a block away). They have the best in-house coffee with a Jura machine, and local Puerto Rican coffee (best thing ever). WiFi is incredibly fast and they have ethernet connection available. It is a productive environment with a very cool crowd. Designers, techies, lawyers, programmers all collaborating together. Underground parking on-site is one of its best amenities and members get it at a discount! 24-hour generator means you can keep working at all times. This was the ONLY coworking space with working internet right after Hurricane Maria. They opened their space free of charge to the public for a few weeks just two days after the storm hit the island. It became a haven for relief efforts, members and locals. A testament to the character of the staff.

Co.co. has a great atmosphere and it's located at a perfect place in Santurce. Lots of Ubers around, close to awesome coffee shops and great places for food. Also, the building has a full power generator so you can keep working even if there is no power in PR (after Hurricane María this has become a common problem). The other thing I really like is that the co.co. team has always gone above and beyond to accommodate our growing needs even if it is at the middle of any month. In short, we feel at home when we are here!

This coworking space is located in Santurce, a lively neighborhood in San Juan near main banks and delicious restaurants. People are nice and very professional (staff and users of the space). I used this coworking space as the place to start my own tax consulting practice and it was a great choice. I also enjoyed events, beer on Friday afternoon, donuts, coffee and other goodies. It was also super convenient to walk to Pueblo @ Ciudadela for afterwork groceries, Lote 23, and many other small local restaurants. Loved the parking, specially during María because I used it during the hurricane and my car was perfectly safe for a very affordable price. Overall great experience!

At a moment when everyone is dealing with Life After Maria (the hurricane), Co.Co Haus has definitely been a lifesaver in terms of having a comfortable, easy to use, friendly space to work from. It was plug-n-play since the moment I got here, and since the company I work for is four time-zones away, 24/7 access has been important to have (during a recent trip to another country, I used a coworking space with limited business hours and was thankful, at that moment, to be a member of Co.Co Haus instead). So, if you DO NOT like nice people, a clean environment, an uncomplicated process, and constant, reliable access, you won't like Co.Co Haus. If, on the other hand, you do enjoy these things, you're sure to love it here ; )

The people are great and very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I really enjoy working here as I am so much more productive than at home. That makes it totally worth it!! Plus they have great coffee. Anytime I need anything or have questions the managers are ready to help. It is great to have a printer that works and other office amenities :-) The wifi works well and the general office space where I sit is at a good temperature. Also the location works well for me to get to from Condado - I typically walk but it is also very simple to take an Uber. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby as well and even a book store!

co.co.haus was designed with an architect's eye for design and space planning. It's the perfect set-up to get things done and be productive. All of the amenities are flawless - free coffee, wifi, printing, secure access, and more! It's located within walking distance to many great restaurants and hang-outs including Lots 23 and Ciudadela. The best part is the huge underground parking garage. Some other coworking spaces in the city have limited parking for clients and guests which can be a huge daily inconvenience. The staff and clients of co.co.haus are very friendly and often get together for gatherings and special events. Highly recommend checking it out!

cocohaus coworking space has a great staff that really makes you feel welcome and being taken care of. Location is great, close to major shopping malls, top restaurants and minutes away from the airport. Plenty of parking space and great coffee! Offices are spacious with everything that you need. Just bring your laptop connect to the internet and start working. The place is quiet and relax which is a great environment to work in. The community is very diverse which is great and in the kitchen, at lunchtime, we have a great time. The other day we celebrated national pizza day! Yum!
