Marechal 1551, Wonderful place, located in one of the most beautiful avenues of Oporto, near Colleges, parks, beach, and surrounded by restaurants, bars or gourmet wine-bars where we can easily have a meal or enjoy a drink. The co-workers are from different professional areas and backgrounds, which gives a sense of knowledge sharing to all of us – whenever there is a question, someone will give you an answer or help you get there. The house where Marechal 1551 is located is perfect in every sense – full of light, with a beautiful garden and with all the amenities that everyone’s need.

A very nice house with a cosy environment, beautifull both inside and outside and located at one of the most rated parts of Porto City. Very good environment and respect between all coworkers, in which is easy to see the care by each other space and needs, and the pursuit to build bridges between coworkers and network in general. 3 minutes walk to the sea well served by public transportation, post office, banks, restaurants and everything you need on your day to day routine.

Because this is more than a coworking space: it is more like home (without wife and kids!)

The place is simply amazing and you feel like your are at home working. The location is also great, you have always permanent staff to help you in anything you need, atmosphere of the place is TOP! To take a break or snack something you have the kitchen with garden view. You feel comfortable, working, friendly staff... perfect!

Brand new and functional space, with a premium location in the city. Designed in such a way so you can have both privacy and interaction with coworkers. The surrounding areas couldn't be better. Within 5 to 10 minutes walking you can get to the best restaurants, gymn, the city park or at the beach.

Super space with individual rooms and co-working spaces. The house is amazing, close to the sea, they want you to feel as at home. The choice of people who work there is great and varied. There's coffee and organic apples from the garden at the kitchen table for everyone. Decoration is top.

Working at Marechal 1551 is like extending the family space. The place is fantastic, in a privileged part of Oporto City. Very close to the sea and inserted in a genuine area of traditional commerce and in a very trendy environment. The facilities are excellent, a true family home, restored and adapted to a business center; functional and at the same time a charming place to receive clients and partners. Best of all, a community with a diversity of business and great people. There's only one problem ... the care and attention we get from staff and co-workers ... can be addictive!

It was during a flight while reading a magazine that I took knowledge about Marechal 1551 and immediately got that feeling “I have to know this place”. A few days later I was visiting the place and it was love at first sight, not only for the amazing facilities but also for the spirit that its breaded inside this walls. Since May I´m developing my professional activity at Marechal 1551. Here beside an amazing house (well equipped; comfortable, cosy, well located, close to the sea; restaurants; cafés; public transportation and extremely well decorated that instantly make us feel at home), we have such a great multidisciplinary and complementarity (in some cases) between coworkers. This, together with the wright mind set allow the sharing of experiences and backgrounds allowing us all to develop and grow both as individuals and professionals. I highly recommend Marechal 1551 for independent workers; star-ups; consultants or small companies.

I've been working at Marechal 1551 since July 18 feeling both @home as well as in a working space with good location, nice atmosphere and a permanent helping staff. The space is well equipped and also cosy. Frequently we have formal and informal meetings in order to exchange ideas and knowledge. I highly recommend it as a short or longer working experience. As a last (not least) note: we also have a big and sunny kitchen with a garden view where we can take a break, getting away from all the day stress, with great coffee, great tea and, sometimes, fresh bread or cookies.

When I had a change in my career this was the place that I chose to develop my projects. I have the freedom to work, have meetings (presencial and at a distance) and I have the possibility to take a break and discuss my projects with my co-workers. We are in a house that gives that home feeling. The trees and garden helps me to focus. Nearby I have shops, cafés and restaurants that helps in the day-to-day shores. Serralves Museum is 10 minutes walking distance. I can park my car right out side and because it is nearby to schools there is a service of public transportation.
