Big disappointment with client service at the very beginning.

I've been offered a free day trial at Koneser Spaces. I showed up, was told that someone will be down at the reception desk in 5 minutes. The receptionist asked me to wait standing there, there was nowhere to sit down. During my 25 minutes wait (standing!) nobody came down, the receptionist had no interest in sorting out the situation, the person dedicated (apparently) to help never showed up, nobody has phoned me to apologise for the delay - literally no client service. I left and nobody has even tried to phone or email me ever since... I'm disappointed as I was going to buy monthly coworking service for at least a year. I'm certainly not going to.
