Working here will put a smile on your face whenever you step through the doors. A professional setup and yet with a quirky fun sense of humor, the decor is bright and colorful to get your mind into that happy place when you are working.

Concept Space sits between the crowded center and the main thoroughfares of the small business center of Gdynia. Easily reached by public transport, there is car parking for those that like to drive to the office. The doors are open 9am to 6pm, so you can come and go as the work mood swings.

This coworking space is getting a round of applause with the thumbs up and numerous 5 twinkling stars on Facebook from its users who just so happen to be digital nomads, sometimes jittery startups on their way to stardom or the virtual office of existing businesses.

This is where you can pick a professional's brains in relation to running your own business with loaded questions in relation to marketing on the Internet, IT queries, how to establish a business and the legal hoops to jump through amongst the numerous mind blowing requirements to get you up and running.

There are plenty of organized events to take advantage of where you can network, chat to likeminded souls or learn new skills. You can even hold your own lectures, demonstrations, workshops or conferences in the rooms available. You can mooch into the kitchen and whip up a tasty treat when the tummy rumbles get too much, swill down as much coffee or tea as you like and join in with your cohorts for a board game at the end of the day.

Best coworking space in Gdynia

Although I used it for a day only I can admit it is the best coworking space in Gdynia. Most importantly it has modern design, (modest but nice). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with a great understanding of entrepreneur needs. They just seem to have the right mindset. There are a few rooms with open space, comfortable desks and chairs, lots of light and air. You may use a pantry to make tea or coffee and heat up your meals brought from outside. The location is also very convenient, with good public transport access from Gdynia and Sopot. There is a local market nearby where you may buy some fresh groceries or even ready meals (+a few bars and bakeries). Highly recommended!

Nice people, comfortable space

I am working and traveling in Europe, and completed a trial day at this space when I was staying in nearby Sopot. I took a break from the beach one day to get some work done! The tri-city area (Sopot, Gdansk and... the other one?) is not super huge, even in Summer it had a sleepy beach town vibe. So it didn't surprise me that the office is not in a particularly notable area. Nearby is a local farmer's market and some houses. It's walkable from Gdansk train station. The office itself is small and nice and breezy. There's an awesome balcony and lots of natural light, plus a few stovetop coffee makers (it's the little things). Everyone knows each other and are friendly!

Concept Space is a great place to work in. Founders are people with passion which you can feel inside the office. You can ask them for advice and I'm pretty sure that you receive helpful tips in every matter. But you can expierience the same from people working there every day. Each of them is one of a kind, believe me or come to find out by yourself. From time to time you can find there four-paws companion who cheers you up and makes your day brighter. You can also integrate with coworkers after working hours. Concept organizes boarding games evening or for example bowling events. This office has a great balance between work and fun which makes it really excellent choice as a coworking office. I honestly recommend Concept Space.
