Coworking Space: Ignition Co-Working Space in Lahore

It's been two years that I've been working here. The environment and facilities are up to the mark and they literally provide you with everything they promise. No compromise on the internet, electricity, or any other service. Tea and coffee served are of the best quality. The best thing about Ignition is that it has a very inclusive environment no matter what you do, they offer you the best environment to comfortably work in. Most reasonable prices than any other coworking space.

I had a very good experience working with them. Ignition Co-Working Space is the best choice in Johar Town and localities. Power Backups are perfect, they have dual power backups, best internet services, and a fully maintained facility. highly recommended

Why I gave 2 stars? As a Full Time freelancer Let me give you a detailed review. I will also tell in the end that why I had to left after 3 months. Good things first, Place looks professional and clean looking, no doubt about it. The office boys are not lazy. They both are on the run all day. They'll serve you tee and coffee all day. Because of these two points I gave 2 stars. Now What I didn't like about this place. 1) 1 Bathroom: On a floor of 50+ people there is only 1 bathroom for male and 1 for female so most of the times there is a queue and YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE LIKE A BUS STOP. 2) INTERNET SPEED: Management will tell you that they assign 30Mbps/person but in reality maximum speed you get on IDM DOWNLOAD IS AROUND 300-400 kb/sec which is equal to 3Mbps not 30. They'll tell you that they have the best internet out of all Coworking Space in the area but that's not true at all. 3) MEETING ROOM: They have only 1 meeting room. MEETING ROOM IS NEVER FREE. It's always fully booked and if you want to use it, you will need to book it 3 days earlier otherwise there is almost no chance that you'll get to use meeting room in case there is some guests urgent coming. BECAUSE GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CAFETERIA SO ONLY PLACE WHERE YOU CAN SIT WITH THEM IS MEETING ROOM. They have a SKYPE ROOM which is USELESS because whatever you'll talk there, whole hall can listen to it easily. 4) Management: The place looks good but place is poorly managed. There are 3 owners and one manager. So you'll never know who's running the place. Out of these 4 people, only one is related to IT field so others are not qualified for this. WHY I LEFT AFTER 3 MONTHS: One simple line is that they didn't fulfill their promises that they did before I joined. I work with 2 screen setup and I wanted Dedicated Package. Their tables were smaller so I had to sit it in Shared Space. So When I joined, we negotiated and finalized the Rent 12, 500 with these facilities and promises: 1) I selected a spot where I wanted to sit 2) A locker 3) Dedicated IP address 4) Space will be 24/7 Open -> They changed my spot on 4th day of joining. -No IP was given. -> So i had to use my own internet which cost me almost 1000 extra because I work on Fiverr and Fiverr can ban me if I had used their shared internet (Which actually happened while I was there). ->They told me after joining that place is closed on Sunday and Place timing is around 8:30 am to 12:00 am. Next month we renegotiated because of these points and I returned the locker and settled on 10,000 Rent in current situation. But next month they again demanded 12,000 and denied the negotiations we did last month. They demanded extra 2k for Locker and Then another 2k for If I want to work on Sunday. So I gave them 1 month notice and AS THEIR RULES, LAST MONTH RENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY BECAUSE SECURITY IS NOT REFUNDABLE so for the last moths I HAD TO PAY EXTRA 4,000. This is my honest review. All the months when I was there, most people left unhappy with them and then management calls them and ask them to "not bad mouth about" them so they can have "Good reputation". That's the whole story. If anyone have any question, do leave it. I'll try to answer. Thanks
