Rangiora's own collaborative co-working space!
Our objective is to provide a flexible working space that will suit business professionals no matter what stages they are at with their enterprise. Start-ups through to established companies, we will find a solution to allow you to utilise all the benefits on offer.

We have a range of options from daily hot desks through to permanent work spaces for residents who want somewhere to call home without huge overheads and long leases. We also have a meeting room available that sits up to 6-8 people, this includes a wall mounted TV screen and whiteboard.

Fantastic co-working space in Rangiora.

It is really nice to have a base away from our home office to work from. It can be a bit isolated working from home at times, so it is great to have some days in an office environment with other people around. Niche Shared Space is a beautiful office, and a friendly place to work. It is in a great position on the Main Street in Rangiora, and has great facilities. We would highly recommend it to anyone needing or wanting a space to work. Bruce and Emily Chapman

I really enjoy working out of Niche Shared Space. The world of self-employment can be a lonely one, where sometimes you lack motivation or drive to get the job done. When working alongside others, that motivation is back, as is the camaraderie of being part of a team! It's also nice to be reminded to have a break and a cuppa - that's when the networking starts. Such a special place - I shall be back regularly to get my fix!

Niche Shared Space quickly became Rangiora’s ‘cool place’ for all sort of community, fundraising, networking events, also great for whisky tasting and foosball, to name a few! It’s not what the place looks like, wi-fi, amenities etc, which makes it a breeding den of incredible ideas, it’s who you’re working with, including the owners, who are the most influential young leaders who don’t shy away from any challenge, local support and fun. One of them is actually the Batman! Joke(r)s aside, you’re gonna have a lot of fun just being there, if it’s for an hour a day or throughout the winter (I’ll take that). #art #painting #beerfridge #standingdesk #conferenceroom See you there. Wonderful environment, all of which makes for the perfect location t for any person to manage their own business. Even though I spend little time in at Niche I find that unexpected good things happened every time I am in there, which only encourages me to come back more and more. As Business Consultant, I use the space mostly for, meetings and/or networking with other likeminded people. I find myself l learning and absorbing from the pool of knowledge in the surrounding environment, it's impossible to not learn something new each day there and have fun whilst doing so!

I particularly enjoy the co-working scene. Niche Shared Space is great for taking a hot desk or meeting room on demand as well as for permanent desk (which I have). The great thing I enjoy is the events, the location to all amenities and the interesting people that come through the office. Loads of great contacts and good fun!
