We have visited Kleinhandel only for a day but the atmosphere was fantastic. The spaces are very practical, so every ‘department’ has offices with glass walls and are connected to a main area where people can relax, discuss and grab a refreshment. The people are very friendly and open. I would really recommend this place! And a big plus, it is next to Rotterdam Central Station!

The environment is as it shown online; innovative, creative, stylish, energetic with space to work and possibilities to connect with people from other all kinds of other businesses.

In the end of October I moved from my garret into the co-working space of Kleinhandel, which I'm still very happy with. Kleinhandel is a very stimulating environment with a good value for money for starting entrepreneurs on a perfect location.

It doesn't matter in which one of the spaces you set foot in, the experience is unique to Kleinhandel. The carefully designed setting breathes creativity. The amazingly inspiring co-workers are proof of that. Take a look for yourself.

When I first entered Kleinhandel I instantly noticed the energy all around you; the place makes you want to grab your stuff and work! Just very genuine and nice people here, working hard but also willing to take the time to help you out. The building is a monument but the interior of Kleinhandel is very contemporary with lots of attention to details. And the central station is literally next door! Best place in town.

I work at kleinhandel for well over a year, and I'm not thinking about leaving soon. It's a nice community with a set of good diverse members, which means there is always an anwer or solution available, and there is always room for a chat and a coffee (and a beer on thursdays)

For a slightly bigger startup - https://crownstone.rocks/team/ - Kleinhandel is perfect. We do not have to have our own meeting rooms and can schedule the 6-7 rooms easily without the need of scheduling it days in advance. The community is nicely organized through https://kleinhandel.bisner.com which allows us to join parties, but also share stuff, or take over office equipment.

With great pleasure we are part of Kleinhandel. The coworking space is a fine place to work. A good atmosphere, nice surroundings, good features and contacts make us proud members. I'm now for than 2 years at the Kleinhandel with my company. Compared to any other working space in Rotterdam this is the best. No doubt. There is a lot of space and esthetic design surroundings. The building itself is a beautiful and monumental building. Having top neighbors with whom I have collaborations and social intervals. Helping each other when necessary. What else do you wish for. Well... a roof garden? Check; we have the best roof garden in Rotterdam.

What a great place to work and play. A very bright and lively environment where you can tell hospitality is core business of the building owners. Clean environment and always someone around to help you to find what you are looking for. For relaxation you can enjoy yourselves with ping pong, pool and football tables. Located directly besides the central station you cannot think of a more accessible location than Kleinhandel. But the best part is the community. Made up of motivated and enthusiastic startups, there is always someone who is willing to help you get your job done.

I specifically like the architecture and interior of the Groothandelsgebouw building. Furthermore, the location near the central station of Rotterdam offers a very convenient and fast connection to other international cities, such as Brussels, Antwerp and Paris. The Rotterdam The Hague airport offers great connections as well with cities like London and Berlin.

People are kind. Interior is inspiring and quirky. Free use of meeting rooms (always available). Great place to work. In the building you will find many places for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks.

Kleinhandel is a great place to have an office. A friendly and creative atmosphere to work in. Clients are happy to visit, not only because of the central location, but also because of the facilities and vibe.

I have been using Kleinhandel since 2015. It's an excellent location to meet clients. Not just because it's located next to Central Station, but it's THE landmark building of Rotterdam. Everyone knows the place. And clients do not need to take the train, there is sufficient parking space within the building to accommodate any visitor. The reason why I always meet clients at Kleinhandel, is the vibe inside. People are surprised with the dynamics, the energy and the variation of companies and coworkers. Many times clients say: wow, why isn't my company like this! So that is a perfect start for a meeting with a (potential) client.

We have been in Kleinhandel from the start (about 2,5 years ago). We were looking for a location in the city center with possibilities for storage. We found exactly what we were looking for. Good facilities, WiFi and atmosphere. Combined with friendly co-workers with the "Rotterdam mentality".

Kleinhandel is a mix of really interesting people mainly active in new technologies and media. It is located right at the center of Rotterdam. Being part of the community you quickly get to know other initiatives in and around the building and in Rotterdam Central District.

Kleinhandel is a great place and community for design related businesses. For creative minds like achitects, designers in fashion / interior / web / as well as supporting activities like coding, project management, etc. We are happy to be part of this community, with it's great vibe and we even work together on projects.

Kleinhandel offers coworking spaces in one of Rotterdams most iconic locations. Direct located next to central station it offers a great community, thoughtfully planned offices and workplaces and good vibes. The spaces inside Kleinhandel trigger creativity and if you ever need tot recharge, there's a big amount of possibilities, from a makerscabin where you can jolt your creativity with LEGO's to a pingpong table, foosball, and more! Highly recomended.
