Imagine getting on your bike in the morning towards the Keizersgracht and parking in front of a beautiful 17th century monumental canal house. You open the door and feel like you are back in time with the luxurious look of marble floors, polished chandeliers and golden walls: a time - the Golden Age - when the economy flourished. Once a gold leather house 'The Crowned Sun' was housed here, by the Van den Heuvel family, and later got the position of merchant's house. After renovations and complete modernization, it now houses the community of StartDock: a place where you can let your business flourish, surrounded by other entrepreneurs, scale-ups and companies.

Je opent de deur en waant je bij binnenkomst terug in de tijd door een luxueuze uitstraling van marmeren vloeren, gepoetste kroonluchters en gouden muren: een tijd - de Gouden Eeuw - waarin de economie floreerde. Ooit was hier goudleer huis ‘De gekroonde Zon’ gehuisvest, van de familie Van den Heuvel, en kreeg het later de functie van koopmanshuis. Na verbouwingen en volledige modernisering huisvest het nu de community van StartDock: een plek waar jij je onderneming kunt laten floreren, omringd door andere ondernemers, scale-ups en bedrijven.
