Currently, CreativeGrounds has three establishments in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. Two of our three villa’s can be found on the Emmalaan no. 7 and no. 9, just steps away from the iconic Vondelpark. The third will open soon on the Jacob Obrechtstraat 56, around the corner of the famous Concertgebouw & Museum Square. We offer flexible and fixed desks for Freelancers and Entrepreneurs and private offices. Whether you choose one of our established villas on the Emmalaan or the upcoming villa on the Jacob Obrechtstraat, you can expect the same quality of design and amenities. There’re modern meeting rooms, well-equipped kitchens, conveniently located pantry points on every floor, and each location has its own spacious garden bathed in sunlight.
