Amazing Service is my favorite

Nice location , welcoming and helping staff , splendid facilities , clean environment and fair rate for room rental charges. I really appreciate for their staff 's service because of their mind, manner and passion. I can feel the family mood while I staying in there. Sometime, they are celebrated the mini party(including beverage and berbecue)to be relaxing for their customer according by the national or global festivals. They also provide the refreshment for their customer such as coffee, juice and snack whenever we wants.Lobby is a modernize place where comfort for every body every time.Kitchen is excellent ; full utensil, micro wave and others. Manager of this office also a talent woman, she always wear a lovely smile on her face when communicate with customer and solve any complain with her professional skill. Finally, I strongly recommend for AVA Executive office for your space rental needs. They are always welcoming to provide for your needs and success.

Luxury serviced office in Yangon. Visited AVA office in last January and was served by Yan Linn. Got excellent customer service Yanlinnwas very helpful and I came home happy The building has many restaurants so suitable for business visitors. very nice and comfortable place in the heart of Yangon. It’s worth compared with the price. Love that place. All staffs in Office were really polite, reassuring and patient. They really help full, I loved her. Really good attention. I was very satisfied with the service.Well done!!! Will be using AVA Executive Offices again. I will definitely be going back soon. Thank You very much!

There are some Business centers in Yangon. But location is not good. But AVA is located in midtown. So it's easy to go anywhere and everybody know this place as Pearl Condo, landmark. And All facility is modern and good. Especially Wi-Fi is excellent for the business. And all staffs are friendly and can speak English well. So I am comfortable to ask them to do when I am outside. And there are big meeting rooms. So it is perfect for me because I have many meeting with clients. They are also satisfied with that. After the meeting few clients join this office as their office.
