We are only a four minute drive from the Twin Centre, and ten minutes from the harbour train station. Within the immediate vicinity there are plenty of available parking spaces, and two lovely parks - each a mere stone-throw away.

All these factors combined make Commons Zerktouni’s location ideal in every sense. The space itself is situated in an iconic modern, building, and occupies two large floors and is surrounded on most sides by floor-to-ceiling windows. Our wide open plan, glass walled offices, exposed ceiling, natural light and beautiful courtyard all contribute to an expansive, light and open atmosphere - rare to find in the very centre of such a bustling city.

Great location, great vibe!

I worked out of Commons for close to a year. Great facilities and amenities, wonderful team and a vibrant go getter vibe. Lots of parking spaces and nice views. Unfortunately I moved quite far so can't go there anymore. I would recommend Commons any day of the week

I was there for a couple of days and I just fell in love with this place. The team is amazing, especially the community manager, but the most amazing part is the design and their terrace with mosaic walls. It is exactly what you need to give you a boost of energy and creativity. 100% loved it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Commons. I was only in Casablanca for three weeks so I took a month membership. The space was newly opened when I was there but there was already a nice sized community. People were very friendly, including the community manager who made sure I was comfortable and I helped with technical issues. Credit also to the design team who did an excellent job of creating a Western standard space while maintaining a local authentic touch

COMMONS ZERKTOUNI is definitely the place to be for working and blossom within a great and professional community. The place is ideally situated in the center of Casablanca. The offices are large and lit with natural lighting. The furniture is modern and ergonomic. All the commodities are available to make you feel comfortable and improve your productivity. The community manager is fantastic, she always helps you and brings joy and good humor. Events are periodically organized to gather members in a relaxed and rewarding atmosphere. I am very happy to be part of the Commoners!
