Coworking Space: Incubator4u Sdn Bhd in Ipoh

Small but really effective co-working setup, especially its location in the city central of ipoh. Can easily access most major businesses within the city. The interior and setup is great. Really chill vibe at the co-working space where you can choose wall-facing setups for privacy or more space-central tables where you can view the entire space. There are also a couple of private office spaces that provides better options for small startups like mine. A big plus is the massage chair the owner bought for all users of the space. I've also conducted training in one of the conference rooms, small intimate setup enough for 20-30 pax with activities in mind.

Located just at the centre of Ipoh city gives you the convenience in accessing hotels, food stalls and restaurants, shopping centres and others. Not only that, the working spaces prepared by them are well facilitated with a number of office rooms, internet access, training rooms as well as light refreshments. A ideal place for short meetings and events!

Recommended to get work done at your own pace. Great space and good amenities

I rented a space with Incubator4u in Ipoh for a month. It was a nice experience for me, the manager were very friendly and advised me on the best experience I can have in Ipoh and how to explore Ipoh like a local :) The space is comfortable, clean, and modern with good amenities (good, fast wifi, aircon, etc.) Ample of parking for you (and free) right in front and you can easily walk and explore the old town of Ipoh. Super close to the famous eatery, Ipoh Nasi Ganja ! haha :p Anyways, I highly recommend the space.

I am part of an international youth movement called Junior Chamber International (JCI) Kinta and finding a meeting spot for our project discussions has always been a challenge. That is until we found Incubator4u. It gave all the young people in our organisation a conducive and comfortable environment to conduct meetings, training and get-together. We even managed to throw a nice little Christmas party in Incubator4u last year! On another note, I would also like to point out that the proprietor, Mr Eric Chuang, has always been a huge supporter of youth movements and organisations. Being able to utilise such a great co-working space with someone who is committed to youth movement is definitely a big PLUS to us!

Located in the city center of Ipoh. Is an old landmark but renovated clean & neat. Cosy working environment, friendly management & occupier. Is place to start-up business with minimum cost. Thanks Mr Eric

Nice space for work and to host event. It is value for money, can rent by day or by month! Greatt location to public transport and a lot space for parking as well. :)

We are visiting from the San Francisco Bay Area and found this great co work space. Fast internet, good air conditioning, a light and airy space and plenty of parking. Perfect for doing a bit of work for a few hours. I would definitely come back here again. I like also that it has a nice view overlooking a school and it's big field out front. There's a cooler with drinks, a little eating area, a sink and some local snacks. Various kinds of seating: tall stools, short stools, office chairs and a comfy couch. It's a keeper for sure.

This is a great space in Ipoh to get some work done. It's a comfortable, clean, modern space with good amenities (good, fast wifi, aircon, etc.), with a nice view. As a visitor from overseas, I appreciated the fact that they have power strips that could accommodate foreign plugs. I will definitely return when I'm in Ipoh in the future. Two tips: 1) Be sure to call beforehand to arrange for access. (Thanks, Eric, for being so accommodating even without us having done that already!) 2) The parking is in the vacant lot to the right as you're facing the front of the building.

I worked in the Incubator4u when I stayed for a week in Ipoh. It's a very new co-working place with a lot of love behind it. The room itself has good light and space to work comfortably and it's situated relatively close to the centre of Ipoh. The host is a very friendly guy who put a lot effort in this place. The atmosphere is very chilled and yet perfect for getting some work done. The internet was very good. If you stay in Ipoh and you need to get some work done, then I highly recommend to visit this place!
