PRINCIPLES OF ololo
The ololohaus is a platform for work(co-working), dating and leisure for a creative class. As co-working, we take all the trouble of the office, allowing residents to focus on important projects. And as an event space we have art classes, panel discussions with interesting people , master classes and everything that makes life of citizens more richer, healthier and happier.

lifestyle&workstyle
A lot of people now are migrating from Central Asia in search of a better life. And we want to show that we need to take responsibility and create the city where everyone wants to live. All our activities are aimed at changing the lifestyle of citizens and are taught to be bolder, more creative, kinder, and the main thing is to inspire action - less fear, more love. We don’t want to become an alternative to entertainment bars where people burn life. We want to make people`s lives richer lifestyle&workstyle.

How did it all start?
It all started as an art studio in February 2016. And in May we already started coworking, as we were offered to manage the former kindergarten, and it was too large for art studio.So ololohaus appeared. Soon, our auxiliary tasks turned into separate directions and this is how we have property management, a startup incubator and event organization. We are a startup and therefore we are flexible and fast. And we work on the principles of lean startup.

The most important thing
One of the key indicators of our success is the growth of our community, synergy between residents and the success of their projects. We started with 3 companies and several coworkers. And we are proud that they are still with us. For example, MadDevs IT company started with 12 people , and now they occupy almost a whole floor with us and total more than 50 people in a team. And the free classified site LALAFO was launched with 3 people and now there are more than 30 of them.
