Coworking Space: Ikigai Nairobi Westlands in Nairobi

The front office staff we’re not professional. Not bothered to welcome guests properly or show them around and explain where to access amenities. Not too bothered to answer questions. Not interested in ensuring a good experience for guests.

i drove in to the Ikigai premises on the 6th of february @ 9am. I met two illiterate security guards who proceeded to ask me very dumb questions after inspecting my car. I was denied entry because the two security guards at the gate felt entitled to get verbal. I moved and rented space for what brought me there, at Regus an alternative co-working space establishment. Zero drama at Regus. If there is anyone reading this from Ikigai, i would politely request that you properly interrogate staff you place at the gate . Your name starts from the entrance. When you position idiots to confront potential clients walking in or driving in, then your business becomes very un-desirable and people will take their money for services elsewhere. Very happy at Regus . [ irked customer]

The staff are awesome! The spaces are beautiful. Quiet, nice decor. Love the fireplace.

Ikigai is the place to be for state of the art coworking space. with a serene environment and full of nature. With flexible seating and private offices, there are other add-on services like Cleaning, recreational events, boardroom access to cost-effective co-working packages and video shooting. With a combination of people from different walks of life, the connections with each other lead to a great co working environment and diverse ideas. Co-working at Ikigai brings up communities for entrepreneurs, who take pleasure in the job they do. The hybrid office space and a coffee shop, the individuals can choose the environment they want to work in. There are a lot of boutique type co-working spaces you would wish to have.

Great space, great atmosphere, amazing garden. I have used their meeting rooms and boardroom several times. The booking process was easy, the meeting rooms are well furnished, well lit and adequate. The board room is similarly well furnished with good decor and has the equipment I needed for the meeting. We were served great coffee, were able to use the garden for a part of our meeting as well as the cafe. We had coffee, hot ginger and lemon served by a young man who was very efficient. The coffee was great. We have enjoyed our experience with Ikigai each time I hold a meeting at the space. I will keep returning!

Ikigai is such a great, welcoming space. I find that I'm so productive and inspired when I work from there. They have multiple spaces for meetings and solo work, so there are lots of different vibes. I was not sure I could be productive working in a garden, but I think that the green outdoor spaces are actually amazing. The coffee shop, Roasted Truth, has great coffee and delicious baked goods and a beautiful outdoor patio. The membership is a nice mix of creative people, social entrepreneurs, and small businesses, which always leads to great conversations because the community is so welcoming. Best office I've ever worked from!

Gold is mined from the soil in most cases deep underneath but it remains being gold even when its underneath though without any value attached to it. When it is mined that is the only time it is given a value. Ikigai was an idea it was natured and now it has a value. Working environment at Ikigai, superb. Internet, very good. co-working set up well organized, so far best place to be all day doing business uninterrupted. Its a homely office working experience with no interruptions. Ikigai team keep it up, the future is bright. God bless you all.

At each of my visits to Ikigai, Nairobi, everything has been wonderful. The co-founders, the community, the environment everything! Without hesitation, I can say Ikigai is, for me personally, the best co-working space in Nairobi. The blend and insertion of nature resonates with me. I have found that it is this differentiating factor, that has helped with my creativity when writing on my publishing assignments, as well as brought clarity during my more numerical and analytic work. I found also the people who are part of the community also added greatly to the wonderful experience. I am a fan of the events that have been held at Ikigai, and I am just looking forward to more branches across the city, and region at large. Onwards and upwards ikigai.

Ikigai is a beautiful home away from home for co-working space, also for people who just want a bit of peace and quiet to get something done. The space is tastefully, creatively decorated, and spacious. The decor is fresh and uplifting. The lush garden having a calming effect. I love that. Everything is spotless, the local staffs are engaging and happy to be there and be with you. The coffee at ikigai... they serve freshly brewed coffee "roasted truth" oh what can't a cuppa coffee solve! I love the out of work events like the long table and music... so exclusive!

Ikagai— sets out to deliver on all its promises! It certainly is one of a kind in the market. From the ergonomics of the layout - With it’s tastefully furnished decor (which observes all the necessary indicators which contribute to a productive and functional coworking space!). It’s bonus and additional value proposition is their coffee (it is to droll for! Ikaigai has a beautiful outside deck which is the best location to host a quick meeting! Or sip on some coffee while responding to emails) Location is ideal! The team super helpful. Well done Ikaigai — Can we have more?! Across SSA pretty please!

This is one of the home away co-working space, fresh air, cool and comfy. This is one of the most interesting place to work, catch emails, and run business meetings and do e-meetings. Leveraging on technology to create a real time work space that is more affordable and easy accessible. I highly recommend this space for team meetings, training's, meet ups, events and networking space. Its the most well curated and designed space, ultimately the best in the city with amazing staff, this is disrupting the normal office system creating something unique , flexible and easy to access for impact

I joined the ikigai community just about two months ago, and I must say it is everything I have been looking for in a work space .And then some:) I love the friendly community and natural environment ,and the staff is always very attentive to our needs. Ikigai is more than just a work space, it inspires creativity, community and networking and has allowed me to explore new ideas in the way I run my business. I got the opportunity to attend my very first ikigai event on international women's day and I made some great connections. This is definitely the place to grow as an entrepreneur...and to thrive under the trees!

Ikigai is the best working space in Nairobi hands down. Anytime I'm looking for a space to work, wanting to check out a cool event or needing a delicious cup of coffee, this is my place to go. Highly recommend for those who work as consultants, journalists, teams, small businesses or those in town for a work trip. Comfortable, well decorated, friendly staff, the list goes on and on. Next time you are in Nairobi (or if you live here), be sure to swing by Ikigai to see for yourself, you will not be disappointed and I am sure will be back again soon.

The space is gorgeous therefore pleasant to work from. It has a large outdoors with lovely trees and overlooks a forest and river! This is a gem in Nairobi. The team goes out of their way to provide great service and take care of members, so Ikigai has raised the bar of co-working spaces in the city. You will hardly find a more friendly community and laid-back yet highly productive environment. I've made great friends here and got interesting work done too! As a fan of co-working spaces, I have to say this is my favourite in the city. PS: they have great coffee as well :)
