Overview of Impact Hub Milano

Impact Hub Milan (IHM) is a coworking space, community, location for events, certified incubator of impact startups and active subject and promoter of impact investing. It belongs to a global network of more than 100 spaces in all 5 continents and over 16,000 entrepreneurs and innovators united by interest in projects and companies with social, environmental and cultural impact.
IHM is the first, in March 2010, to open the business in Italy. The new headquarters of about 3000 square meters in Via Aosta is a place that contains more souls and vocations: in addition to being a coworking space with two open spaces and private offices, it has various rooms for events. From meeting rooms to workshop and training rooms, passing through the Kitchen Area - perfect for informal or themed events - up to the Impact room, the largest location available, IHM presents itself as a multi-faceted and multitasking space, able to meet every need.
The IHM community renews itself day after day. It currently has around 300 members including innovators, startuppers, business angels - including female angels - and professionals whose activities range from experiential tourism to sustainable nutrition, from the circular economy to the promotion and development of humanitarian and social projects, from zero-impact eco-design to digital health up to new technologies that positively impact the environment or improve people's quality of life.
IHM is a certified incubator. All the incubation and acceleration programs offer support to startups in the form of training and mentoring: in addition to attending lectures and workshops on the most important topics for their development, each startup is supported by a dedicated Mentor, which provides professional advice depending on the specific needs of the entrepreneur.
IHM is also a hub for impact and angel investment. It houses the headquarters of IBAN (Italian Business Angels Network), and manages the operations and deals of two business angel groups: Impact Angels and Angels for Woman, the first group of female angels that addresses the world of established startups and directed by women

Impact Hub Milano (IHM) è uno spazio coworking, community, location per eventi, incubatore certificato di startup ad impatto e soggetto attivo e promotore dell’impact investing. Appartiene ad un network globale di più di 100 spazi in tutti i 5 continenti e oltre 16.000 imprenditori e innovatori accomunati dall’interesse per progetti e imprese ad impatto sociale, ambientale e culturale.
IHM è il primo, nel marzo 2010, ad aprire l’attività in Italia. La nuova sede di circa 3000 mq in Via Aosta è un luogo che racchiude al suo interno più anime e vocazioni: oltre ad essere spazio coworking con due open space e uffici privati, dispone di varie sale per eventi. Dalle meeting room alle sale per workshop e corsi di formazione, passando per l'Area Kitchen - perfetta per eventi informali o a tema - sino ad arrivare alla sala Impact, la location più ampia a disposizione, IHM si presenta come uno spazio poliedrico e multitasking, in grado di rispondere ad ogni tipo di esigenza.
La community di IHM si rinnova giorno dopo giorno. Attualmente è composta da circa 300 membri tra innovatori, startupper, business angels - tra cui anche angels al femminile - e professionisti le cui attività spaziano dal turismo esperienziale all’alimentazione sostenibile, dalla circular economy alla promozione e lo sviluppo di progetti umanitari e sociali, dall’eco-design ad impatto zero al digital health fino ad arrivare alle nuove tecnologie che impattano positivamente sull’ambiente o che migliorano la qualità della vita delle persone.
IHM è incubatore certificato. Tutti i programmi di incubazione e accelerazione offrono supporto alle startup sotto forma di formazione e mentoring: oltre a seguire lezioni e workshop sugli argomenti più importanti per il loro sviluppo, ogni startup è affiancata da un Mentor dedicato, che fornisce una consulenza professionale a seconda dei bisogni specifici dell’imprenditore.
IHM è anche un hub per l’impact e angel investment. Ospita al suo interno la sede di IBAN (Italian Business Angels Network), e gestisce le operations e i deal di due gruppi di business angel: Impact Angels e Angels for Woman, il primo gruppo di angel al femminile che si rivolge al mondo delle startup fondate e dirette da donne
