Il  contatto umano è al centro delle loro attività; oltre a saper gestire in modo puntuale e preciso gli aspetti organizzativi dell'area Collab più di una volta hanno dimostrato di avere un' ottima capacità di ascolto del cliente.  Customer Experience: voto 10!

After my flight was cancelled (you might guess why), I found my self locked in Florence with no adequate facilities to work. I've visited some other options before coming to the TSH, deciding which one was the best option was easy, it took me 3s to decide it. The environment is great: clean, organized, secure, and the staff is incredible welcoming. Actually, the human factor is what put this place among the best places I've worked so far. The place lacks tools for makers and a appropriate environment for artists. However, if you are a digital worker you will find many outlets, free coffee, and comfortable chairs (everything you need to work long hours). There is a good combination of startups/independent workers, If you are interested in expanding your business network TSH is definitely the best option in town.

The location, the amenities, the service, and the community is unbeatable in Florence. Place: Perfect location in a rather green quarter of Florence, but only 5 min by foot to the central station. Also, tramline 1 links you directly to the office. Amenities: It's more than you'd expect from a workplace, you are free to use a well-equiped game room in which table soccer sessions are very popular in the community. Further, you can freely use the gym, with one of the finest views over the Florence skyline, which is always an experience at every time of the day. You may also spend your noon break at another hotel's rooftop terrace overlooking Florence and enjoying some rather calm minutes on the 5th floor. Do you rather want some sightseeing? How about renting a hotels bike for free? Not to be forgotten, a bar, 3 great restaurants a breakfast buffet, and a hairdresser, all for reasonable prices. Service: If you have any issues, ideas, or just want to talk, the reception staff is always happy to find quick and convenient solutions or lets you have a nice chat while enjoying one of the free coffees offered at the reception desk. Community: The lively community of the TSH Collab is the perfect starting point to find like- and openminded peers with whom you can easily connect and exchange views, ideas, or even collaborate on shared projects. You'll find particularly digital-oriented freelancers and small entrepreneurs. As a German foreigner, I was very thankful to have found this remarkable place and really enjoyed working there. Unfortunately, the CoV-19 Pandemic made me move home quickly in March 2020, without having had the time to cancel my contract at place or organize the transfer of may stuff, which remained at my desk for the time being. Gladly I had so much support of the TSH Collab stuff that I could quickly organize all that efficiently from the distance of Germany. My special thanks go to the Community Manager Oscar M., who was right there in the most difficult moment to assist with all that was important to organize for me. At the time of writing, 4th June 2020, I am still in Germany due to the persistent situation which brought me back home, however, my plans for return are scheduled for September/October and will include again a subscription at TSH Collab if there will be still a desk subscription available.

I was privileged to rent a dedicated desk at the TSH Collab in Florence for a full year. I have only good things to say about my experience there. The facilities and staff were top notch. The space was clean and organized and suited all my needs. There were dedicated phone booths to take private calls, meeting spaces for my clients, printers, and free espresso for Collab members. The community was full of creative professionals and the atmosphere was very collaborative. And the staff was always available to help and brought a great energy to the space. Thanks for providing such a great space for my work!

A beautiful and contemporary designed coworking area, all the services and facilities I need to welcome and meet clients, lots of events and workshops to discover different communities and lifestyles!

I've been to many coworking spaces in Florence and abroad, I by far The Collab is the best one! The staff is one of the most positive thing, the friendly atmosphere, the cleanness, the wifi quality, the facilities, location... I highly recommend it!

I had no doubt about choosing TSH Collab as my headquarter in Florence. It suddenly makes me feel more than in a simple co-working space. When you're here you can dream about being anywhere surrounded by supercool artwork you can find exploring the place. I love the use of typography that put some focus on giving a modern touch to some area. This authentic modern design and international co-workers gives you the sense of openness to the world. No matter the age or different job, you'll always find a nice moment for a chat with someone. Guys at the reception will become your best mate. Always kind and open minded, they will find you a solution for all your needs. Dunno why but when I'm here I do twice the things than other places. This is a very superproductive place!

I've been looking for so long a good place in Florence, and this is just the best that I could find. Ultrafast connection, many options to sit and work. When I need to do a quick call there's a phone booth or for longer calls I can use the cafeteria area. The place is full of light and colors, beautifully furnished and decorated. It really helps me focusing. Staff is very friendly and so are the other coworkers. There's a lot of space to meet clients or just chat; the kitchen is fully equipped.

I have experienced many coworking in Florence. The Student Hotel Collab is absolutely the best. A large multicultural community, cool designed environments, interesting events and excellent services, but above all it is a large family. The staff is super creative and takes great care of us.

I've been working remotely for almost 3 years now, and I have used co-working spaces in various countries. This was my 8th co-working space experience, and it was the best one so far. Very spacious and clean, big kitchen, free expressos. I upgraded my flex membership to include access to the gym, which was a huge benefit for me.  Didn't have any internet issues, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I'd most certainly go back if I'm ever again in Florence.

I was a Collabster from July 2018 to December 2019; I only gave up the space when I moved on from full-time remote work to accept local employment. From the start the Collab was my perfect workspace. Clean, modern, efficient; the kitchen was a huge plus, and I used my membership and those discounts to the hilt. Some people may have even thought I actually worked for TSH, I was there so much. Loved the printer, the free espresso, the rooftop gym with lockers and shower. The locked cubby next to my dedicated desk was a huge plus. Loved using it as a business and mailing address. Desk was big and new, natural lighting was optimal. I loved being in the middle of a mobile, professional, international community, and have made some excellent friends in the mix too! Can't beat the support staff for kindness. The only real drawback was the ambient noise when cold callers got busy, but this wasn't often, and what're you gonna do - it's a shared space. And the staff always kindly asked them to shush.

The staff are extremely friendly, the space is very chic and comfortable, and the members are respectful and very kind away. I was blown away by the environment and I'm looking forward to going back!

I worked at the Florence TSH Collab for several months over the summer and autumn of 2019 and found it by far the most welcoming and productive environment for freelancers in a city which, for all its merits, lacks this kind of vital infrastructure. The space itself is beautiful, the events programme wide ranging and the staff very helpful. Highly recommended.

Having worked at quite a few coworking spaces, and several TSH Collabs I can safely say TSH Collab Firenze is my favourite place to work from. The space is light, comfortable desks, lots of plants and friendly coworkers. The team running the collab is always in for a chat and organizes frequent events. It's the perfect place to work from and meet new (English speaking) people.

This is an extraordinary coworking place, the building is super cool, and hosts are always wonderful. WiFi is excellent, and all the spaces are professional but not too formal.

I joined this coworking place as part of the WifiTribe and I can say it's amazing. From food, coffee, dedicated desks, and general coworking spaces, they have it all. Not to mention a gym that's empty a lot of the time and an awesome pool with amazing views of Florence. There's even a bar at the pool for breaks or after-work drinks. It's truly a spot you can spend the whole day in and enjoy while getting your work done. If you're looking to meet people they have a calendar of events that include everything from social hours to yoga. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. Strongly recommend it!

I am a chapter host for WiFi Tribe which is a remote working community. I've visited plenty of coworking spaces We've been living in Florence for a month and one of the highlights has been the great working environment provided by TSH Collab. It's very relaxed and comfortable and we have all enjoyed coming here. I got plenty of work done which is amazing and it was super easy to focus and provided a great setting to also meet other nomads as well. The internet was very good, and access to the rooftop pool and bar made everything even more fantastic than it already was. The staff here are also amazing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria, Oscar and Delio and they are just awesome people. We all felt very welcome and I have had a really great time. I'd highly recommend this coworking space, and the next time I come back to Florence, with a group or travelling solo, I'll be sure to stop by ;-)

TSH collab is the first cowork I've ever been to with so much flex space, access to a pool and a gym. The community here is great and the staff are very kind. If you come to Florence, you should use this space!

I spent a month working here and couldn't have asked for anything more! I had a hot desk plan and was able to always find a seat with space to spare and the WiFI was always super fast. The views are awesome, the space is chill, the people are friendly...what more could you want? Highly recommend if you are looking for a spot to work in Florence.

I had a day pass, as I needed just a couple of hours to get some work done. The reception was very friendly, the building and the interior are stylish, the location is great, co-workers seem nice - I got some coffee and water as well. Nothing to add, everything was perfect, even though I've just seen a part of it. The AC is a rescue in days of 35 °C, you can finally focus again =) Would come back again, thanks!

I took flexi-desk space at TSH Collab in Florence for three months this summer and from day one it felt like joining a team and a family. Great support and services, free wi-fi and printing, free coffee and a wonderful, welcoming, creative, modern, positive environment in the heart of the beautiful city of Florence. Some packages also include access to the rooftop gym and pool overlooking the duomo - quite a treat! I was very sad to move on and am planning on coming back soon! Great value for money and a great social scene including evening concerts, talks, exhibitions and more.
