Compartment floor boxes containing 2 no. twin 13A socket outlets is provided at each workstation. A 20 pair telephone cable is provided from the office unit to the mainframe room. The suite is heated and cooled via a dedicated and independent DX split type system, individually controlled via local wall mounted controllers and controlled by the tenant independently. Fresh air is provided via a dedicated heat recovery above ceiling level. Windows can be opened.
