A place to work and socialize, Plus 10 is a coworking community of micro-enterprises, startups, professional freelancers and wandering nomads with lap tops in tow. This is the definitive space for working, making new friends and learning from peers in a collaborative and dynamic workspace sharing facilities and sometimes opportunities. An accidental coworking space that was born out of the need of somewhere to work from for the 2 founding souls, Plus 10 sits in an old 17th Century grain store, just off the central island.

With space for 30 coworking desks, there are plans to make it larger, adding another 40 desks to its eclectic indoors of original nuances with rustic flair of recycled touches. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area plus a breakout space that doubles up for small events catering to about 15-20 individuals if need be. A meeting room is available for when you want to have private chit-chats and there is a bike storage area for those that like to push pedals on their 2 wheeler to get to work.

A diverse bunch of individuals representing up to a dozen nations at any one time create the dynamic community. Some of the creative souls are startups, others are freelancers and some are wandering nomads. What they all have in common is the ability and desire to work independently but within a community of likeminded people.

Coworking membership options are many: you can take up a day/week pass with 9am-6pm access Monday to Friday, printing facilities, speedy Wi-Fi to connect to and access to the kitchen and lounge areas. An off-peak member will have weekend/evening access from 6pm to 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm access on Saturday and Sunday with a flexi desk. Whilst a virtual member can register a company using the address as their own, mail and telephone services plus 1 day flexi desk. Office suites will give you everything you could possibly need from 24/7 access with your own key and pass code to business services and 20 hours room hire. There are numerous more flexible coworking membership plans to suit your needs, so check them out on their website.

"The best coworking space"

    March 2018

I strongly recommend Plus10. I spent two years working remotely from there, the two years I was living in Cork. It was not just a place to work from. Of course, the location is great, it has plenty of desks, the connection is good and fast, and the atmosphere is friendly and professional. But what makes Plus10 special is that the coworkers were like a family to me. Special mention to Fergus, who is always willing to help you with whatever you need. I have worked from other coworking spaces in Ireland and also around Europe and this is so far my favorite one.

    "Amazing space and community "

      March 2018

Fergus has created a natural and friendly environment enabling a community feel. My business advanced leaps and bounds by being in an encouraging and honest workplace. Every member gives 10% of their time to help each other. The open atmosphere in the work area and the kitchen allows for everyone to get involved sharing ideas, wisdom and news. The location is perfect for Cork and exploring the city during lunch or afterwards is easy. If you need a helping hand just ask a friendly face nearby to help you overcome your problem or to get new advice, tips and tricks.

      "Really good coworking space"

        March 2018

I have worked here for the best part of two years now. Great place to work, facilities top notch, very social atmosphere which you can dip in and out of as desired. Friday night drinks a must. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Good mix of nationalities too. A lot of people building startups and remote workers with various skills and interests. Very central and convenient to Cork City. Not "stuffy" and "corporate" like a lot of co working spaces elsewhere. WiFi and desks very good quality. Free tea and coffee provided. Meeting rooms also provided. Active social and business events within the Plus10 community. A great place to work and to socialise as you might desire. Two thumbs up.

        "Community"

          January 2018

Let me start with a poem to described this great place in Cork City Ireland. “The value of things is not the time they last, but the intensity with which they occur. That is why there are unforgettable moments and unique people!” Fernando Pessoa One of the few Coworking spaces in Ireland that is Community driven. Located in the City Center, you can quickly go anywhere. They have a great mix of people. From large Corporates, self-employed, startups or people starting new projects in full and part-time. Plus10 was also the first Coworking space to be created in Ireland. Please visit when you are in the city.
