Coworking Space: Connect@PepppersSeminyak in Bali

This is not a coworking space. It is the lounge/bar/restaurant of a swanky resort. There are no plugs anywhere, unless you sit uncomfortably at the bar and ask the bartender to plug your computer in for you (this is what I was told to do, which prompted me to leave). Sure, if you want a free pass to lounge by the pool, it's a cool spot. It's not a place for remote work which requires plugging in devices and providing space for taking calls. The space is also open to all hotel guests, which leaves it open to children... and all coworking spaces should be child free, in my opinion. Upon arrival, not one single person had any clue what I was talking about when I said I was looking for the coworking space. I was sent in circles and then finally told to sit down where they looked over my Coworker email for about 10 minutes talking amongst themselves. Then they told me I needed to sign up for a membership. 'No, I am here for a trial'. Then they talked amongst one another some more and took another 10 minutes to get me the wifi access. After realizing there was nowhere to plug in + the cheapest thing on the menu was over 100k... I walked out.
