Coworking Space: Regus - Mumbai, Chembur in Mumbai

We enrolled with Regus and contracted for 2 desk spaces from October 10th 2022. We categorically specified and it was agreed by Ms Megha Agarwal, that we will initially have a month on month arrangement and the agreement was signed accordingly. I completed all the formalities were I paid my month's rent in advance along with 1 month retainer deposit as well. The agreed valued were Rs. 24,650.00 +GST / month and basis this including one month retainer I paid a sum of Rs 24,650/- in advance. Within 5 days of my attending i.e. On 15th October 2022 I received invoice for November Month's rent, for which I remitted the payment on 4th November as directed by Centre's manager Mr. Jaivardhan Hanchate (due to some Regus server glitch, I could not pay it earlier). Following this on 5th November 2022, I received a fresh invoice stating my account is overdue & my access to internet will be cut if I don't clear my dues. I am sorry to say that I got no cooperation from your team, instead I received only more warning notices. Looking at this high handed behaviour I was compelled to and chose to terminate my agreement using Regus. I applied for termination on 7th November directly to the centre. Centre team asked me to apply online & terminate my agreement accordingly which was not known to me earlier. On accessing my account online for the 1st time on 7th Nov, I realized that there was some glitch in the Regus server due to which I was unable to register and access my account. After constant follow-ups, by the time I got access it was 14th November and it was the day when I posted my termination request. The termination got accepted but I got the last day as 31st December 2022. This is not acceptable to me as your staff and their high handed attitude has given me enough and more reason not to continue with Regus. As such my last day at Regus was November 7th 2022 but I completed November month & exited the space on 30th November 2022 as we had paid for the November months rent. Therefore the following is a statement of money due to us. Date of Regus Utilised: 10th October 2022 till 30th November 2022:51 days or 1 month 20 days Payments made to Regus: Date Details Amount Paid 1.10.10.2022 NEFT from SWATI RAMAN HDFC ( 20 days rent for Oct +1 month retainer) Rs. 49,300 2.04.11.2022 NEFT from SWATI RAMAN HDFC (1 month Rent for November) Rs. 29,087 Less Payable for 1 month 10th October 2022 till 30 th November 2022 Balance Receivable from Regus Rs.24,650 (1 month retainer deposit) + Rs. 231 (excess amount paid for the month of October. Invoice generated was for 49,069/-) Inspite of all the formalities as per the agreement, I have been getting notice till date regarding payment of dues for no fault of mine. It was due to the REGUS's server glitch encountered by us, termination got deferred for which Regus team is trying to penalize us and forcing us to pay December months' rent as well which is not acceptable and agreeable by us. I do know, from the rude behaviour by Regus Staff, that all possible effort will be made not to refund the due to me. I have had a terrible experience at Regus Chembur centre. It has affected my mental health during my tenure. I will make all efforts to ensure that such behaviour is brought to book and everyone knows what is hidden behind the much glorified REGUS brand.

The centre is a perfect location with great service provided, comfortable and very much suitable enviornment for work.
