The office space is 55 square meters with a unique window lounge. The main open office is newly equipped with eight height-adjustable workstations and lockable file cabinets. Eight people can easily fit, with additional working space in the lounge or using a flex desk system. Furthermore, there is a separate meeting room, a fully equipped mechanized kitchen with a microwave and a coffee machine, and a bathroom with a shower in case you want to go jogging alongside the nearby Danube promenade.

The property has smart home automation. The security system, lighting, cleaning robot, storage room, and other devices can be controlled remotely by an application. All rooms have dimmable LED lights. Heating and cooling are done through a central AC unit. The bathroom is fitted with a smart Ariston 100l water heater and there is 1Gbit Internet available.

The rental fee includes a Samsung 4K monitor. Additional computers, tablets, and 4K monitors can be leased. A part-time office manager is available on an individual contract basis. Normal consumption is included in the rental fee; anything beyond 50 EUR/month has to be paid. A 12-month contract is needed.
