Overview of Hong Kong Commons

Working in partnership with Start-Ups HK and BootHK, Hong Kong Commons was created to foster and support the private sector's growth in Hong Kong with affordable office space for clever entrepreneurs, fledgling startups and professional freelancers. Opened in June 2011, Hong Kong Commons is under the umbrella of RGL Holdings that provide small businesses the opportunities and resources to succeed with its' greenhouse-like approach and flexibility to help grow your business.

The unique campus offers short and long-term office space plus the benefit of a likeminded community to help you focus and grow, as well as offering services such as web design and hosting, financial advice and company formation consultancy.

Service terms are on a monthly basis and workspace options include PBX phone, conference room usage, secretarial services and front of office signage. Optional services that you can pick from include web and email hosting, web development and consulting services, corporate formation and registration, accounting services, business and strategic consulting plus there is financial advice on hand.

Fraudulent company that will take your money without providing the promised services

I hired Hong Kong Commons to establish a branch office of my company in Hong Kong. During the initial consultation phase communication was excellent. However, after I paid the relevant fees they disappeared. Several email and text messages went unanswered. I called their office and was told they would follow up but they never did. In the end I had no idea if my company had really been legally registered. I came to the conclusion that I must have been scammed. Since I did not pay a huge sum of money, I decided to just cut my losses, move on and forget about it. Then out of the blue after an almost two year hiatus they contacted me and asked for renewal fees! This was right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. I replied asking them why my previous attempts to contact them were ignored. When I asked this they disappeared again. Unbelievable. This company cannot be trusted and most likely they are a bunch of scammers. Stay far, far away.

i have used hong kong commons as a company secretary and mail forwarder and they suck at both...a LOT. they failed to forward important letters and ignored documents from the government or informed me too late about changes. building a business is difficult enough without these bozos. STAY AWAY. for some reason this website needs me to write another 40 words or so. so here are the lyrics to the 90s smah hit single lemontree: I'm sitting here in the boring room It's just another rainy Sunday afternoon I'm wasting my time I got nothing to do I'm hanging around I'm waiting for you But nothing ever happens and I wonder

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I had absolutely awful experience with Hong Kong (HR)Commons. I paid for renewal business license of my company and they just FORGET to do it! So only next year I got notification issued by the government that I must pay penalty bacause nobody renewed my license. Now when I'm trying to reach them by email they just NOT response! When I call they keep talking that someone responsible for my company is sick for months, so I leave my message or send email and wait response, but nobody is acually response for it! This is absolutely unprofessional and even seemed as scam now! I'll keep posted here about my issue(Now I'm already spent 1,5 month just trying to contact them)
