The staff is very nice and the working view make me feel relax. The location near Ngau Tau Kok Station and only need 3 min walk, fast to use MTR.

Superb front-office staff demonstrated high service quality to clients and very attentive. office location is near to subway and eateries.

I like the vibe there , it is very cozy and the design is modern. You can take lunch in the terrace and look over the Kwun Tong promenade. I enjoy to get some fresh air in between my break time!

Spaces Wai Yip Street is conveniently located near the MTR station, and as Kwun Tong is a growing industrial hub, having a space to work here is great!

The center is simply beautiful to work in, the ambiance is bright and refreshing and you can even see the Kwun Tong Promenade! The center team is really nice, friendly, and always so helpful in assisting my inquiries. Plus, it's a really convenient center to reach. Love doing my work and having meetings in this location!

I would recommend Spaces Wai Yip Street over any other co-working space in Kwun Tong. Location is most convenient, the amenities are on your door step and the space itself is very contemporary and well designed. An excellent place to work.
